  1. I wish for just once we could go up/win a title by playing ourselves.
  2. WE’RE GOIN UP AS FOOKIN CHAMPIONS i_predict_a_riot.mp4
  3. Coalville A Macclesfield A Away with fans in the ground near a training camp i.e Rapid Vienna/Lyon Lincoln A Barnsley A Juventus H
  4. They can only bury their hands in the sand for so long and the more fans that pressuring them the better.
  5. I'm normally one of the first to criticise the club and loathe to give them any credit atm but the honesty flags (stupid name) do add something.
  6. Great example of fan power, took a concerted effort to even play it prematch but now it's taking off. Adds a distinctive feel to our ground.
  7. In other industries if you negotiated the purchase of assets for £100s of millions and they left the business for nothing - you’d absolutely be sacked. Top has no business acumen, initiative, nous, instincts or whatever. Whilst he’s in charge and he doesn’t get competent directors in he’s useless.
  8. Why would any recent player do it? They’re set for life and they don’t have the same joie de vivre of Birchenall. A Liam Moore type standing is the best we’d get and he’s seemingly nice but a bit flat.
  9. Josh Brownhill on a free - we've been linked before too. We need a versatile 6/8ish player to bulk up the squad. 4 goals and 2 assists for a shit Burnley side and his defensive stats are impressive.
  10. I guess his fee would be greater than the amortised value left on his contract but I can't see anybody shelling out north of £6 or 7m in this market. We'd have to pay more to get a comparable player I think. We're stuck with him I think. He has 9 goals in 26 PL nineties so he's not completely useless, mostly for a shot Rodgers side too.
  11. Much more adaptable and reactive yesterday - had he done the same for just a few of Middlesbrough H, QPR H, Plymouth A or Millwall we'd be up by now. Let's hope last night was the wake up call that we have to be flexible. Hermansen launching the ball caused so many problems.
  12. I half-agree but next season our striking options are currently Daka and Cannon. Vardy as an option on a reduced wage (he'll know he can't command 70k pw) makes sense. We probably don't have the wiggle room to buy a striker for the going rate nor can we rely on PD or TC. Low basic, high-er appearance fee contract probably suits all parties.
  13. How lucky we are to have witnessed his career in a general sense, let alone watching him do this for our club. Legend.
  14. For a long time two of our most famous residents were the elephant and and Daniel Lambert
