What an absolute farce last nights "T20I" was -
The window has just closed and at the end of an international break. The timing is classic Leicester

May 2020 I pulled together everything I could and put it in a vanguard all world index. Looked like a generational opportunity to buy into a market crash. At 25 it was most likely the best financial decision I will ever make in my life.

This thread is straight into the FT lore

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)
Richard replied to lcfc_forever's topic in Transfer Talk
Hopefully, that would make it a decent deal and give immediate funds to spend next summer -
I think the keeping the full backs behind was a tactical move by Marti to protect against counter attacks which pulled us apart against Preston. We saw in pre season Thomas bombing on making under lapping runs beyond the midfield. I'm sure I saw @StriderHiryu write something about it early in preseason

He's the one who gets it. He sprints the length of the pitch and thumps the badge when we score. He gets the kop the going. He's straight to the fans before and after a game to applaud them. He celebrates a tackle like he's just scored the winner. Yes he's a crap passer and a bit of a liability with the ball but last night was the first time in a long, long time that I saw a Leicester team with fight and energy that I could get behind and he's a big part of bringing that

LCFC 2-0 Birmingham, post-match thread
Richard replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
To me it looked like the players were really trying to get the fans onside. I think Marti has recognized how important it is to bridge that relationship -

Stuttgart about to receive £70m from Newcastle. However they seem to be more interested in Emi Buendia -
Wout Faes (Besiktas interest, Fabrizio Romano)

If we get £15m for Wout Faes I'm getting Rudkin on the back of my shirt -

If Rudkin can get £10m for James Justin literally anything is possible -

Still has £6m left on his amortisation. I'd guess we're asking for £10m+ -
Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)

That's what our man in Belgium Sacha has said - who is evidently Bilal's mouthpiece -

Willing to sit in the stands all season is the most transparent bluff I've ever seen Bilal this is amateur stuff you really need to get yourself a proper agent. Just look at Rabiot's career to see what can happen when you let your mum be your agent -

There's not even a move for him to force through? We're obviously not going to accept a loan with no obligation -
Spot on. Blindly signing players for the sale of it to add to an already massive squad is what got us here in the first place. A striker and a centre mid is the max that I can see us bringing in.

Victor Kristiansen (an option for Forest, Percy.)
Richard replied to davieG's topic in Transfer Talk
I actually think he could do well in Nuno's system. -
Yunus, Fatawu and Bilal have all been signed in the last week of the window. I'm naively hoping we've got a well-researched list of scouted to go after in the next week with the money that's come in. Then again Edouard was also a deadline day signing
