It’s like we went in front accidentally so he had to change things up to salvage a draw.
-
He’s the most negative manager in the league, we thought we had a deduction coming which makes it all the more baffling we appointed him. We won’t touch 25 points if he’s here all season

Does it keep you up at night?

I think the player base is probably dead again now but the remake of COD4 was great to go back to.

Worked for a gas company, Cadent I think. Their son's middle name was genuinely "RockNRoll"

My best and worst points were in Egypt. The hotel served some local beer called Four Star (ominously unambitious), it tasted like special brew but was something like 3%. They served it probably 200ml plastic cups too. Rancid. After that course of shit, we found out there was a nice marina. This Millwall fan and his wife (from Leicester) mentioned the Marina was actually nice - contrary to rest of Hurghada looking like it’s from Call of Duty. So on the final night we went to an Indian, had a great curry and a cracking (it probably wasn’t but in contrast) Heineken. F uck Egypt

It’s like the emperor’s new clothes at the club. They don’t listen. -

The trust is ran like the club -
Yeah this is also important. Wigston is the only suburb with a station and even that isn't located optimally. There's no way somebody from say Coalville could go into town midweek for a beer without driving or getting a £40 taxi. A bus takes the test part of an hour

London is such an outlier you'd have to do it by Borough level I think. I'd back York on that. The actual number has Portsmouth as the highest (not best), https://www.beerguild.co.uk/news/revealed-britains-pub-capitals-takes-top-spot/ Unsurprisingly coastal cities seem to do well.
-
Per capita it's worse than almost all of those. Pub drinkers are overwhelmingly white British and Leicester's is 33% WB, plus the university drinking scene is pretty dead in town.
-
I like it, they normally have decent lagers on (rotation), it's busy and skews young-ish.
-
Coventry has an excuse I guess. Southampton is terrible agreed, the centre feel like a zone 5 high street.

I think I went once before going to a rider's game but you have to go further out of town before coming back in. It's shame but it's apparent pubs in Leicester need to dovetail with each other, being out on their own is no good. I'm always surprised the Royal Oak lasts.
-
It was on here, Buce maybe, that pointed out people from Leicester say ‘straight the way’ rather than ‘straight away’. You’ll probably always notice it now.
-
It was really humbling getting spanked by everyone when I first got it. Do the lessons

Freaks and Geeks is great

It’s a shame but who on earth was the constituency for that? No industry footfall around there and it’s not even residential, too far from the football and the rugby as well.
