  1. We don't have the makeup of a squad that can keep clean sheets so we're going to score 3 or 4 a game to stay up - this set of players aren't up to that and Rowett, despite his organisation ability won't be able to patch up a defence so leaky. You can slag the defenders off all yo like but there just isn't the cover ahead of them. Our only true DM is injured and not good enough anyway. Any combo of Winks/James/Skipp lacks the defensive ability and physicality to stop the opposition progressing up the pitch. Never mind that it was a foul on Skipp this sums it all up, we concede a shot on target early on and Mukasa ends top applying the most pressure, Winks is totally bypassed - he djsut does;t have the commitment, legs and physicality to get near their midfield. I can't profess that'd he'd have been the answer but recalling Cartwright might have provided a different option. Skipp and James is the best pairing defensively but they're still not good enough. Not replacing Ndidi is was stupid and reckless
  2. Spent the 11th most on wages in PL history and we’re starting down the barrel of a 3rd relegation in 4 years. Aiyawatt inherited a club with the best foundation it’s ever had, literally the best ever era. We finished 5th in his first full season and he’s presided over a decline that is essentially unimaginable. The odds of this decline would be in the 1000s. He’s essentially worked harder to destroy this than what everybody that came before him did to build it.
  3. Not very warm. Babelas is the undisputed QR #1 for me. Full of charm
  4. I’ll be interested to know if the KPFC mob will show any introspection at all if we do go into administration. It’s unlikely but some surely do walk the road to Damascus, it’s just they can’t see it right now
  5. He benefitted from a bit of momentum and enthusiasm which he killed
  6. We’ve repeated nearly every mistake that lead to relegation in 22/23. Not enough defensive ability in midfield, too many OOC players, late managerial sacking, unfit squad
  7. Winning at Norwich was probably a bad result for us, we likely would have sacked Cifuentes afterwards.
  8. Hateful player. If he played 100 games this season he wouldnt reach double figures
  9. What?

  15. They try really hard to do things differently which you can't say lots of Leicester bars/pubs do. Tricky area as well but they make it work
  16. Yes and they’re being stupid
  17. We could have spent more on transfers if we managed our wage bill well - we just didn’t. If we abided by PSR it probably have helped us. We neglected to follow the rules and got worse for it. PSR might have ultimately led to us falling into the middle of the pack but Top and Rudkin’s incompetence went beyond any impact of PSR
  18. Skipp is the most capable defensively so he has to play. James is better than Winks so Daka LW Mukasa Fatawu James Skipp Makes the most sense to me. Looks more balanced than putting Mukasa up top to accommodate Winks in midfield.
  19. I'd rather wait a week, let them train and regain little bit of sharpness rather than throw them in when don't absolutely have to. Maybe bring James on for 10 minutes if he's ready but he strikes me as the sort that just wants to play, even if it's not in his best interests.
  20. Connections Puzzle #991 🟦🟦🟦🟦 🟪🟪🟪🟪 🟨🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩 Got it but it wasn’t very satisfying today, only really two of them made sense to me and I was lucky with the rest
  21. The underlying numbers were pretty much the same, it was pretty much only Buonanotte’s purple patch making the results look respectable
  22. He was lucky to be sacked so early. It would have been just as and under him and his shit signings are a big reason we're in this mess
  23. He'll benefit from leaving as lots of players have. He was a serviceable PL striker when he first joined, he's nosedived as the the whole club has. 5 goals and 3 assists in 1150 minutes his first PL season, you don't go from that to 2 goals in 1200 championship minutes without other issues. He's on 0.58 G+A per 90 at Leicester is good but the context of the decline has probably hit him harder than anyone.
