Is it just our academy this is aimed at or ALL academies? I ask because haven’t Man C, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man U all spent in the region of £1bn on transfers in the past 2 windows alone, could throw Villa, Spurs in also as they have/are spending huge sums, so also not filling squads full of 17yrs old straight out their factories. Then look at the other 13 teams in the premier how many of them regularly bring a young lad through and how many, 1, 2, 3 a season, 1 or 2 every other season 🤷‍♂️ They have loads out on loan but how many actually make it at the parent club & at the ages we seem to want to fast track them in?

£12.5m + sell on thank you very much Man C

He done Chessum there

Yep they showed great character to go again after the George try ruled out because at that point it was game over.

& we back in it

Think that might be a little blinkered, I’d imagine a majority of transfers are done within the same leagues

Does anyone ever look at seasons before stating that he’s been treated badly by the club. He joined Jan 23 and played ever minute to the end of the season bar 7 games. 23/24 he was a victim of us employing Enzo and his style, you could argue as we were promoted as champions it was a good call. 24/25 we are in the premier league with the assumption it would be more of the same under Enzo however he jumps but loan already agreed with Sheff U ? What then happens with us with managers is a cluster granted but he’s already tied. but He is then out for 18mths (1 & half seasons) with injury. 25/26 When back fit he played the final games for Leicester For the record I have thought he was the best defender we had when we bought him & I am vocal in my detest of Vestergaard but Enzo wanted Vestergaard and sideshow Bob 🤷‍♂️

I was just doing the rounds & lock up ready for bed, will have to wait and see this out now

I know it’s your conversation guys so forgive me for butting in but I’d think we should/need to build the infrastructure for desalination independent of trying to reduce carbon emissions and I say that because I’m not sure the UK could ever really produce enough hydra power due to the terrain, we don’t have enough height other than in Scotland for it to be viable. It’ll probably be ok in Australia especially in the south-southeastern regions due to the mountain ranges so you could be ok for both Jon, but getting infrastructure capability to the western & northern regions again maybe not viable due to distances and terrain. We as humans can only survive for 3 days without water, being an island we should never go thirsty & we really shouldn’t be letting our crops dry out so for the long term (extreme) future we need to be building the desalination plants as urgently as looking for meaningful reductions in carbon emissions otherwise we can have all the power we need for our future AC units but we’ll only enjoy them for 3 days.

The stadium alone brings in an annual £450m where as the KP and stadiums like ours will be pushed to bring in £15-20m even when in the Premier Lge.

Can you believe that 😮

With Saka not fully fit I guess we needed an out & out winger, did Madueke get in because he plays for Arsenal, Bowen might have been a better option.

Yet it only took us 7yrs to get out of Lge 1 & win the premier league. Im not saying we will win the thing but 15yrs seems an awful long time to be out of it considering what we have done. Whilst everyone has a downer on the club we are still an attractive club, ok not so much this season, but let’s say we get promoted & now a championship club do you think most players would then choose a Portsmouth, Preston, QPR type over Leicester, promotion would put us automatically in direct competition with the 3 relegated clubs and 1 or 2 others, we are still a big fish in ‘name’. I get it’s not the same but whilst money gets stronger for clubs in the premier league those that drop find themselves in the same position as we were, West ham will look different to when they dropped due to wage demands as will all those clubs in between now and when we return.

Where does Palmer or Foden for that matter fit in the team? Bellingham and Roger’s are more robust and versatile and I think that’s why they haven’t been picked I guess.

& the final result underpins my comment for all the calls of garbage, we were the better team overall & it prevailed. not sure what was dumb ass about it but hey

For all the ‘we are garbage..’ this game could actually be 4:2 England

Think we are going to need a penalty for the equaliser as we can’t break a wall

Where’s ya RB Thomas???

....despite all but 3 of the Congo starters having Premier or Ligue 1 experience?

Yeah it was the 50 variant I sat in with all the bells and whistles & the fast charge of 230miles in 10 mins or 10-80% in 21mins. Was sat next to a Tesla, a Chinese make not BYD can’t remember which now thou and a Merc which was also nice but the BM just stood out. Shame about lead times, the hunt continues for you then?

Tuchel says “no one saw that coming…” of James & that “he came in to the squad fully fit.” The guys played 2 games since March both for England, I think most of us saw it coming Thomas & now you have to shoe horn a player into the RB position, probably a CB or the guy you have just realised isn’t good enough to play on the left. I imagine now when attacking we will go 3 at the back and O’Reilly moving into midfield as James did so no overlapping fullbacks with the so far pretty ineffective Gordon now reliant on trying to beat a man on his own. Pretty poor squad selections in defence, do we need 6 CBs?

Ooh come on but I shouldn’t be surprised in a forum where perception has to be All or Nothing. I think I can say with some certainty that not a single poster on here is anti-immigration, can the morality wall not just remove a brick or 2 and see that many posters are being driven away for fear of being labelled as some far-right loon for mentioning anything other than ‘come on in’. A lot of these threads are getting boring now stemming from the watering down of what it actually means to be far right. There are posters that will link a comment from a reform member or that other idiot and whip themselves into frenzy believing that there are other posters on here who fully agree with said idiots and want to quickly belittle them in making a comment…however it is ok to agree in parts but you can’t say that because perception is you agree in all & out come the knives. This latest comment was a simple look over the fence at what another country is doing and after a few comments quickly became ok then should English stay in England, Spanish stay in Spain etc etc all very boring.

I commented on the iX3 a few months back after sitting in 1, I think come tomorrow night you’ll sadly be regretting testing it especially if the lead times don’t fit into your current scheme, it blew my mind honestly, 🤞 for you.

Collins along with Cartwright & Braybrooke would suit a Martin midfield in his 4-2-3-1 / 4-3-3 formations. Would certainly give us high energy in the middle, Cartwright the defensive pivot, ball recovery & recycling, Collins would dictate the rhythm, build from the back & provide late supporting runs into the box & Braybrooke will be the more advanced player working in tight congested areas providing line breaking balls into the box for runners.

Verses it’s 4 days just rest until it’s palatable again, your 5k time isn’t going to double by Monday. If you guys and girls are having to take dextrose and other substitutes for what is a recreational run then you’re probably doing more harm than good to your body. Take care all you 🏃 🏃‍♀️
