Form is temporary, class is permanent. Mads Hermansen will play at a higher level than Leicester City consistently over the next decade. The confidence in Stolarczyk is also far too high at the moment in my opinion. Jury still very much out on whether a promotion-chasing Championship side should have him as number 1.

Now that would be interesting if done by LCFC wouldn’t it?!

Both Sunderland and Ipswich have done quite well in the transfer market recently, particularly buying younger players on their way up. The fact both have seen value in him holds some weight in my mind. Personally I quite like him. He’s got a bit of pace, technically he’s pretty sound and he’s got that rare knack of getting into scoring positions. I’d keep him. There’s certainly a long, long list of others I’d sooner see out of the door before him.

Prematch, half time and post match, the Directors Box is empty and there’s minimal live tv and radio coverage. How else do you expect the message to get across?! I doubt the players take much notice of it to be honest. And if they do, maybe there’s a few of them stood there thinking “yeah, he is a tool” because he’s hampering their success by failing to get a decent squad around them. There are a lot of people who seemingly think he’s a problem but will state you can’t chant certain chants about him or you have to be selective about when you chant about him. Doesn’t quite add up.

Can’t tell if this is a serious opinion. If it is, you’re part of the problem. Not to mention that if you and the other like-minded fans who felt Rudkin is doing a great job had sung up in support of him, that chant wouldn’t have been the loudest one. Struggling to get others to sing with you? Might tell you that you’re on the wrong side of this one…

They’ve played their part more than anyone else. Regularly held up banners and been consistent with Rudkin Out chanting. Nothing stopping any fan voicing their opinion without relying on a fan group to do it on their behalf.

There are so many of them, but this lad coming through when he is will add another little harmful consequence of Top’s incompetent management of this club. We should be a Premier League club with him breaking through which would mean he’d have a chance of playing longer for us before getting poached and that we’d get a much bigger fee for him when he’s sold. As things stand, the club will probably lose another £20m on the fee for him because he’ll be sold by us as a Championship club rather than a Premier League one. Enjoy him briefly while we can and then watch on as he flourishes in the Premier League for someone else.

As I was saying… Time for the likes of Nelson, Page, Monga, Alves and Aluko to be more prominently involved alongside the few senior players that do actually have some hunger to be here and help the club succeed.

That’s a big gap in number of points between bracket one and two isn’t it? 70 points between top bracket and second one and then 30 points between the others. Where’s the logic?!

He was horrendous last season. Get him gone and hopefully Ricardo can play a decent number of games with Coulibaly/Aluko filling in when needed.

And our luck with finding gems will run out. We’ve done well with Hermansen, Fatawu and BEK amongst all the rubbish but once they’re gone we’re left with a bang average squad unless we happen to find some diamonds in the limited recruitment we’ll now be able to do.

Simple discussion for Rudkin on how the release clause is paid. ”It’s a release clause, you pay it all up front and we have no choice other than to let the player go” Anything outside of that, don’t even respond to the call.

Got into L1 pretty smoothly about 20 mins before kick off as we went earlier expecting problems, but the security checks were also pretty light (probably because they didn’t want Leicester fans queuing alongside the Wednesday fans backed up outside the away end). Maybe it’s the combination of overly lengthy security checks and digital tickets that causes the big delays? Was nice to walk in without feeling like a criminal today. Long may it continue (it won’t)…
