Newcastle Saturday December 14th 3PM

Makes members surely with the distance and time of year? -
I’m sorry but that tonight is more on the players than it is on him. 3 goals from pure sloppiness on our part that were utterly avoidable. If that’s our “best team” I do worry. I know he’s not played much but Ricardo looked leggy from about 20 mins in, and Abdul had a poor game from the start. I don’t like Cooper, I didn’t want Cooper, but tonight he’s done exactly what the fans have been calling for and it has not worked - we need to own that and accept that perhaps what we see as obvious solutions aren’t all that in reality.

I was wrong on this one - good signing and will be massively important this season.
-
Not yet. Was thinking it’s been a while myself this morning.

I hope it’s a case of he just gets Arsenal and Bournemouth to save himself before the break. Based on what I’ve seen I’d rather he doesn’t get those, but if we go into the break winless in 7 he has to go surely? I have no faith in this club to act early though.

Hermansen Justin (prefer Ricky but not happening is it) Faes Okoli Kristiansen Winks Ndidi Skipp Fatawu Edouard Mavididi Hopefully we’re still in it later in the game and FB and Vardy can come into the game (probably in the 89th minute) and make an impact.

Walsall away carabao cup tickets
Devonfox1884 replied to justfoxes's topic in Ticket News and Travel
First away of the season for me, looking forward to it. -
I got Stoke and Argyle last season, and Liverpool and Villa in the 19/20 season - nothing in between, but seems I’ve been fairly fortunate really.

Do we reckon this makes members? Quite a big allocation all things considered. -
Prem Officiating Abomination Journal 24/25

Wasn’t in the ground/watching on TV yesterday so can’t comment on the overall refereeing performance, but from the multiple angles shown on the highlights he got the 2 pen calls absolutely right. No foul on the first and the second was offside. Never a foul from Skipp for the free-kick which led to their first though. -
3 games in, 1 point, overall assessment …
Devonfox1884 replied to Nolucklcfc's topic in Leicester City Forum
We have the players to make a battle of this - they’re up for a fight. But we have to be more aggressive from the start of games otherwise we’ll keep giving ourselves a handicap. -
Amani Richards - Exeter City (on loan)

One I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on. Good move for him! -
Leicester vs Aston Villa - Pre-match Thread (August 31st)

2-1 Villa. -
Jesus this place at times shame that Alves misses out, but getting that midfield minutes together tonight isn’t a bad idea. I’m sure we’ll see him at some stage in any case.

Competition: How many shots will we have against Tottenham?
Devonfox1884 replied to Mark's topic in Leicester City Forum
5 shots, 2 on target. -
Literally more than a ticket to the match (€10). Obviously I know you’ve got the costs of getting here too, but in isolation that’s obscene
-
Horrendous as per.
-
We need an attacking midfielder and a striker desperately. Can’t be going into games in the PL with Daka or a 38 year-old Vardy (as much as I love him) up top and Ndidi as the attacking midfielder. Cannon doesn’t convince me and would benefit from a loan if we can afford to let him go.

Season card fee charitable donation
Devonfox1884 replied to Lewis wc's topic in Leicester City Forum
I’m quite pleased that so many people refused to give up their physical cards despite the fee. Potentially 16,000/22,500 fans will still have a physical card depending on the uptake from concession tickets. Bit of an f you to the club that and I love it.- 115 replies

Honestly if we could even convince someone to cover 40% of his wages for the year it’ll save us £1m. Get him gone.
-
Where’s Vards?
-
Laughable at this point isn’t it. Think I’ll go watch one of my local sides tonight with that £10 instead thanks.
-
I’d take anything £6m+ for him if we were offered it. I like him, he seems a good lad and is Leicester, but I just can’t see him having the quality to cut it in the prem. However, if no offers are forthcoming, there are worse fringe players to have.
