This surely is the case. From the outside it doesn't appear he can reshape our squad moving on to next season. Can he? The club would surely need to be convinced of that to keep him in post? As much as so many of our squad have become detestable, with the right manager they would be more than adequate in the championship next season. We need a strong manager who would shape those we retained (or can't get rid of) but hopefully introduce some of the promising youth we need to see to both refresh the squad and also the supporters belief in the team. But right now it takes a lot of convincing that Ruud would be that man?
