  1. Ridiculous... trying to manufacture a talking point because so little happened in the half
  2. Would like either but I voted for Pearson as he's worked well with King Power before. I suspect O'Neill could be like when Keegan went back to Newcastle for a short final spell where he couldn't get on with the new board.
  3. I really like him as both a player and personality, but I'd sell if we get £30m (and more importantly if we will actually reinvest it). Desperately need to balance / freshen up the squad.
  4. Genuinely feels like he's lost interest, just like RVN last season. Just playing the same team and 'tactics' every game, waiting for the pay out.
  5. Toxic attitude everywhere at the club. It seems like managers and players' enthusiasm is totally sapped from them within weeks of joining. Players - Any players who don't want to be here should be sold this month, and if we can't find anyone just pay off their contracts. A motivated team of average players will beat an unmotivated team of slightly more talented individuals. Managers - Stop playing 4-2-3-1 when we don't have a striker good enough to play as a 1 or centre backs good enough to play as a 2. Execs - have some accountability. Doing your job badly should have consequences.
  6. I get that we are crap and the downwards trajectory is really frustrating, but some of the doom mongering is over the top. We are 4 points off the play offs and 12 off relegation, and you're talking about League 2 being highly likely? If you think Top and Rudkin are to blame for bad signings, surely they also deserve some credit for finding successful ones like James, Fatawu and El Khannouss. It's like if you don't reduce yourself to a nihilistic perma-critic misery before, during and after a game you're derided as a 'KPFC fan'
  7. A win's a win and 12 points above relegation will surely be enough barring a whopping points deduction, but the club feels like a zombie lurching forward. First half 6/10, second half 3/10. Both would likely be lower scores if playing a better team. Jordan James is keeping us out of trouble - what a signing he's been.
  8. I was surprised how little emotion I felt when we scored. Then a little less surprised by the little emotion I felt when we conceded. The spark will reignite but I never thought I'd be so apathetic towards Leicester City
  9. Sorry but this looks fake. Just doesn't read like an actual memo. I'm not doubting we aren't unprofessional enough to do something like this and write it so badly, but my gut feeling is it seems inauthentic.
  10. Yes! Have been saying he'd be a good fit since coming across a random Hibs game last season.
  11. This is a good summary. It has been worse but it's never been as frustrating.
  12. He's crap and while he plays like a teenager he isn't even that young (24). There is zero chance we'd have signed him if he played somewhere else. I guess I'd still play him though - no other options and he does try.
  13. I hate that this is the case but I agree. For the benefit of the team we need to not play two of our most talented players so we can add an extra body in defence and attack to help out our crap ones.
  14. Probably because we can't afford to sack him, which is sad on a number of levels.
  15. For a fan since 1992 it feels like the Rob Kelly era rather than full blown Allen / Megson / Holloway. But it is the biggest (and most dramatic) drop in quality ever. Criminal that we've spent a fortune while doing so as well.
  16. It's painfully obvious our centre backs, central midfielders and strikers aren't good enough to play a 4-2-3-1. The best way forward is to drop the attacking midfielders and play 5-3-2. . Begovic . Nelson Veste Okoli . Pereira Thomas . Skipp Hamza James . Ayew Carranza(?) It's a crap team but having the entire spine of the team out of its depth to accommodate some fun wingers clearly isn't working. Yet we continue playing a slow 4-2-3-1 that wasn't good before everyone scouted it, arrogantly thinking it will click sooner or later.
  17. We have a squad which could easily be a top half team in this division (if it wasn't being rigidly forced to play an entirely predictable, turgidly slow 4-2-3-1 every week)
  18. Utterly atrocious
  19. Martin O'Neill was on the radio in the week saying he wants to get back into a full time management job. Appoint him on an 18 month contract, with Andy King being set up to take over.
  20. For me it's for to be Nalis vs Leeds, with Vardy Vs Liverpool in second place
  21. I don't think he's ever done anything controversial. Seems a bit immature, but people's reactions to him are over the top. He's had a really solid career. I can imagine him doing a good job somewhere like Birmingham, but I'd rather not have him at Leicester now. We have enough experienced pros winding down their career.
  22. To the tune of Skippy the bush kangaroo: (Skippy! Skippy! Skippy the bush kangaroo Skippy! Skippy! Skippy the bush kangaroo)
  23. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRNxYFws/ Unless there's more clips, looks like it was a woman holding that sign and Winks took photos. Tbh I find the whole soap opera-ing of players' personalities tedious. You could do this sort of thing for loads of negative stories about the likes of Jamie Vardy, Steve Walsh, Danny Simpson etc in their 20s. Almost all footballers are probably bellends.
  24. Frustrating second half. I'd have been happy with 4 points from the last two games, but the game management is so poor.
