The problem is I am not sure the hierarchy at the club necessarily back their manager to drive the standards and change in culture. We saw it last season with RvN he tried to take on the toxic players and bad eggs, raise the standards and change the culture and he was cut off at the knees and here we are 12 months later on the verge of another relegation and the likes of Winks et al still here stinking the gaff out because the owner wants to be best mates with his players rather than drive professionalism, hard work and respect.

Don’t want to pay for a decent manager but more than happy to spunk shit loads in pay offs to these failures of appointments.

It’s a strange one on one hand I would love to see youngsters given a chance but on the other go with the tried and trusted and let them take the wrath of relegation once confirmed. Then give the younger players the last couple of dead rubbers

Horrible performance in a must win match complete lack of appreciation of the situation we are in by the manager and the players, it was crying out for a blood and thunder type of showing and yet it was a massive damp squib yet again. We had a run of 6 very winnable games from the QPR game onwards and have taken 3 points, absolutely shocking.

Must win game and we are strolling around like we are mid table with nothing to play for. Zero intensity, urgency or desire
