Who you want as our first signing: Josh Sargent. We need an all-round striker. He has experience of the league and has the third highest goal/assist rate per 90 in the league, just turned 25, but we probably can't afford him. Who you think will be our first signing: Michael Keane Number of incoming: 5 First sale: Mads Player you think will leave that youβre sad about: Abdul, as soon as he's back in pre-season friendlies, clubs will be circling.

He would be good, but I imagine our board are too busy patting themselves on the back about the fa cup win to think more than 30 seconds into the future.

Coaching my kids under-7s team. They all want to play football, put in effort and care about it. Everything lacking from the shower of shite at the KP!

Away to Wrexham for the opening game

Will he do the honorable thing and walk?
StonyFox replied to Glasgow fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
I imagine there's something in his contract that he can be sacked for less money now, but he'd be a fool to walk away with nothing. There is no honour in football, especially for managers who get sacked so frequently -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
StonyFox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Cooper was getting 0.83 points per game, which over a season would get us 32 points, which would still have got us relegated. Add into the fact 5 of the points he won were against teams below us, makes me think the points per game would have dropped and we'd be pretty much where we are now. He got quite lucky with red cards and last minute goals against Southampton and Ipswich, and somehow Bournemouth not scoring despite being by far the better team. We've basically been crap all season, with a false league position when he was sacked. But anyone outside of Leicester can't seem to see that. -
0.14xg, that's 7 times more than the whole of the last game already, the improvement is clear to see!

Will you go to any more matches this season?
StonyFox replied to hejammy's topic in Leicester City Forum
I've not been to the last 4 even though I have a season ticket. I've missed them for different reasons, but previously I'd have arranged things around the football, currently I'm not doing that and prioritising other things in life. I'll go again before the end of the season, but my motivation to go is at an all time low. -
Safe standing - time to act

Back of G1, SK1, P, P1, L1, K1, right at the back of the kop, and the back of the away end. (From what I can see) -
Bring back Southgate ππ Besides the obvious with Henderson, walker and rashford, how is Lewis-skelly in there? Hasn't played 20 games worth of minutes, never played for the under-21s and is more likely to get sent off than anything else. No way he gets in if he plays for anyone outside the big 6

Chelsea 1-0 LCFC, post match thread
StonyFox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Better, but still not good enough. Stick to this system though. -
I'm sure Norwich would want a load of money, but I wouldn't mind Sargent up front next season in the championship. Can finish, mobile, tall, just turned 25 and has almost one goal contribution per game over the past two seasons. Plus he's captain tonight so must have a bit about him.

Can't be worse that watching this shower of shite every week
-
I think we'll be relegated by week 34. 7 of our last 11 are against the top 8, my only hope is that stay above Southampton and we're not relegated by forest!
-
I know, I'm sure there's some kind of loyalty that will stop him selling, but he'd be better off selling as he's ruining his legacy
-
Giving this a bump as the players and Ruud are getting the hate tonight, which they deserve due to the lack of effort, but the core of the issue is the ownership and the board. They've built this squad and appointed the managers. They are the reason that we are in this situation.
-
Our greatest ever player having to finish his career like this sums up the people who run this club. They all need to f**k off!
-
If I was him I wouldn't walk. He's got a shit squad and been given no support. I'd just wait for the payout. The players don't care if we go down, the board don't care either. So it's no surprise that Ruud doesn't care. The club is toxic from the board to the players.
-
The players really couldn't give a shit. They know aren't good enough, but are still getting paid, so why try harder. When you sign players who aren't good enough for palace, Fulham and spurs, why would you expect them to perform like they are!? Too many players just coasting to retirement. Poor manager appointment, not that anyone else could do anything with these players. Sack the board

He's shite. Always has been. Always will be.
-
I don't think any system or selection would work with this shower of a squad. Just hoping facundo inspires a few others to put in some effort.

How does this team do in the Championship?
StonyFox replied to hejammy's topic in Leicester City Forum
We're going to be the new Middlesbrough -
I don't think there was enough of an impediment for young to go down, and he certainly threw himself down. But after the ref has given it, it's not enough of a clear and obvious error to overturn it.
