He's just been here far too long. At the club since 1998 and DoF since 2014. I assume he has some contacts in the industry, but I doubt he has as many as someone who has worked at several different clubs. The worrying thing is that Top seems to have no interest in improving the off field setup, as he's now overseen two relegations and done absolutely nothing about it.

They've gone for O'Neil as he'll be grateful for the job and won't cause them issues. I imagine Rudkin and Top would be too scared of Dyche or Wilder to appoint either of them. They don't know what they are doing when it comes to getting Rohl. Another poor appointment, and they can then hang him out to dry around christmas and start this farcical cycle again as the club falls further in stature.

I do a 9-day fornight and it works quite well for me. With two kids under 10 the weekends are always full, so having that one day off every other week gives me some time to get things done that I can no longer fit into weekends (DIY). I compress my hours, but the company I work for are supportive of employees having a good work-life balance.

We've had two managers perform badly in the prem this season and we got relegated. But we're going to appoint a manager who was even worse! Do the board just go on an interview, or do they actually look at how the candidate performed doing the job!?

I imagine there's something in his contract that he can be sacked for less money now, but he'd be a fool to walk away with nothing. There is no honour in football, especially for managers who get sacked so frequently

Cooper was getting 0.83 points per game, which over a season would get us 32 points, which would still have got us relegated. Add into the fact 5 of the points he won were against teams below us, makes me think the points per game would have dropped and we'd be pretty much where we are now. He got quite lucky with red cards and last minute goals against Southampton and Ipswich, and somehow Bournemouth not scoring despite being by far the better team. We've basically been crap all season, with a false league position when he was sacked. But anyone outside of Leicester can't seem to see that.

0.14xg, that's 7 times more than the whole of the last game already, the improvement is clear to see!

I've not been to the last 4 even though I have a season ticket. I've missed them for different reasons, but previously I'd have arranged things around the football, currently I'm not doing that and prioritising other things in life. I'll go again before the end of the season, but my motivation to go is at an all time low.

I'm sure Norwich would want a load of money, but I wouldn't mind Sargent up front next season in the championship. Can finish, mobile, tall, just turned 25 and has almost one goal contribution per game over the past two seasons. Plus he's captain tonight so must have a bit about him.
