I can only go on personal experience, but the club swapped my dad's ST (OAP) for another family member (adult) in the summer due to him not being able to go for medical reasons. It might be worth them calling or raising it with the ticket office manager.

Looking at this we'll be hamstrung by contracts until 2026 when we can get rid of a lot of wage expenditure. I can't see Faes and Ndidi staying until 2027, and hermansen will go to Chelsea, so we should tie down stolarczyk now. So 18 months of pain until we can start a bit of a rebuild. It has been a huge missed opportunity for the club. With the success we've had in recent years, we should be a solid premier league side around 8th-12th, but the club is rotten to the core. From top to bottom there is an air of arrogance and delusion that we are doing well. Failure is accepted from the ownership down to the players. We will go down this season and we won't come straight back up. Our squad will only be good enough for top 8-10 at best next season in the championship, and we'll still have the highest wage bill. The thing that bothers me the most is my 6 yo is starting to really get into football, and he's going to live through supporting a shite club for a few years to come, my only hope is that it might be better by the time he's a teenager!
