Marching on to...... The kassam stadium 😂😄

As much as Brussel Martin is a dick, I still dislike Leeds much more so hope Southampton go up.

Fifa to explore impact of moving domestic matches abroad

Goodbye football -
I'm not particularly confident about him as a defender in a premier league relegation battle team as we'll likely not have enough of the ball to the benefits of having him in the team. But saying that, I think Enzo is well aware of Vestergaards limitations, and if he still wants to keep him, then I'd go with Enzo's choice.
-
No thanks. He's had a (one) great season, but spending big money on players his age isn't going to help us financially

This. It's quite concerning how many have done so, I think the majority of epl have American investors and you've also got team further down the pyramid (Birmingham, Wrexham, Leeds, etc.). They don't want to wait for it grow in America, even with bringing in Messi, so they're just buying it from the most popular brand. The 39th game will eventually happen, most likely as a playoff like the NBA or NFL. After that the move will be to get rid of relegation and consolidate the franchises.

Oh yeah, I should read the topic more closely 😂
-
Yep. Bergkamp hat trick. They went 3-1 up in the 90th minute, then Walsh and Elliot scored even later.
-
3-3 with arsenal. Not a win, but felt like it at the end!
-
He's been great for us ever since he came in, but he still feels like a square peg in a round hole in that number 8 position. And although he'd be a great player to have in the squad I don't think we can afford his wages if he's not going to be starting every game. Unless Enzo plans to play a double pivot with winks against stronger opposition I'd let him go and wish him well.
-
We're overloaded in some areas like centre back and upfront, but really lack depth across the midfield and wingers.
-
I think this plays a big part. He's probably never played this much football in a season, even when fully fit. Looking at this seasons minutes in the league (not including today), he's played 2.5 more 90s than any other outfield player.
-
It won't be debated because it was 4-0, but was there even a foul to give a penalty? Or did 2 chelsea players go down so the ref felt it was just worth blowing for one!? (maybe palmer was caught on the heel!)

Drop Faes, Daka and Justin. Stop inverting Ricardo and over crowding the middle.

Enzo Out? Time for an official thread/poll

10 points from 10 games is relegation form. That's a quarter of the matches we've played. Not scoring for the last three away games with the players we have is unforgivable -

I'm so angry after the last two games. How can he see that it's just not working! You bring on a striker who doesn't touch the ball for 17 minutes, and yet you just continue with the same tactics hoping something might happen -
They should reimburse the fans for travelling down for this shite!
-
We're just standing around like statues waiting for something to happen. This is horrendous!
-
If he makes no changes at half time, I'm done

Totally agree with this. We have 4 strikers, but none fit the profile for the system, especially when teams park the bus. Instead of cannon, we should have brought in an Ulloa type of player. Someone who can hold the ball up, and also provide a threat if we do cross the ball. There's often comments on this forum against having this type of striker, but its what a lot of the top clubs have. Haaland, Nunez, Kane, Hojland, Isak. You need different tools to deal with different opponents but we have 4 strikers, none of which offer an areal threat. So the only option is to try and pass through a congested midfield and defence.

He's still very new to management. In comparison McKenna has managed twice as many matches, and Farke has about 5 times as many. But he does seem very stubborn in his ideas, and when it doesn't work it looks really bad. But we are right at the end of the season, top of the league with a game in hand so we have been more effective than any other team in the league. If we don't go up, then he has to go, if we do go up I'd give him the chance to carry on. One thing about his stubbornness is that he doesn't have the players for the system, but still persists with it. The centre-backs are too slow, he admitted that (why buy coady!?), I don't think KDH is technical enough as an 8 although he has got great numbers in this league. Ndidi certainly isn't technical enough, and I wonder what would have happened if we signed Sensi. And we really should have signed a different profile of striker or a winger instead of Cannon. The issue will be the finances this summer, will he be able to bring in players that are more suited to the system and operate at a premier league level? We'll have to wait and see. It's very much squeaky bum time, and we just need the 3-4 wins to get us over the line.
-
I'd definitely go with nacho or cannon for this. Vardy and Daka have been pretty ineffective the past three games, despite two wins.
-
He must long for an overlapping left back now and again. I know I do!
-
Leeds dropping points means they can only get 99 points. 4 wins out of 5 would guarantee it for us. Based on tonight we'll struggle to get 1 win!
-
Ridiculously bad tonight. Created nothing in the first half, yet just continued to play the same way in the second half waiting for them to score.
