yes we had good players. I feel we still have a batch of good players - Bilal, Mads, Fats, Mavididi, Buonanotte (I know only this season) and seasoned pros like JV, Ayew, n'Didi, Winks etc. I'm getting the uncomfortable feeling that Cooper still doesn't know his preferred first 11, and he should do by now.

He needs spurring onto a new challenge.

I don't mind this tbh. The dark gloomy days+nights are so depressing once summer is over. All the lights and festive things are ok by me.

I think it's between him and Gordon Milne for our most underrated manager.
-
Hate to admit this, but have to agree. He's unlikely to want to stay around as we get relegated end of the season so better to cash in now (if the report is genuine).
-
Unfortunately, if we are to continue to attract potential talent like Mahrez or Tielemans to the club, we have to honour contracts and have patience with those who don't quite make the grade.

Edit: biden moment. Ignore

Ricardo? Thought his injury has put him out for months, may be even retired? -
Sports entertainment wrestling is huge in the States (and has its followers here). People are interested in the spectacle, less so the athletic merit.

Have to admit, when I started this thread, I never thought I'd end up wanting to visit Norfolk. One of the few counties I've never really visited; looks like I missed out on a small gem.

You may be right. Let's ban it. Would free up some space for new housing. Win-win!

Would it be a good idea to start a thread on "Chain stores that you can't understand how they've survived this long..."?

If I were to live in a south coast county, all of them appeal. As you rightly point out, prices are unfortunately high in Devon and Cornwall. Having spent a bit of time in East Sussex in the last few years I've found prices more reasonable. I've also heard there are some nice coastal towns in Kent, but I'm not a fan of the rest of the county. In the Midlands I find Derbyshire has a lot to offer. In the north Cumbria is beautiful, but the weather is somewhat grim at times.

Not allowing votes for Leicestershire - we're already aware of its plus and minus points.

Currently making investigations made against the web hoaxer known as "Sean from Enderby". To be broadcast in a new series starring David Mitchell and Karl Pilkington. -
Yeah, if we're going to replace the manager better to do it now. Can't see us getting results in the next few games regardless, but it will at least give the new boss a chance to evaluate the squad and ask for relevant reinforcement(s) in the transfer window. Of course we may not be able to bring in new blood. Which is why I'd hope for Jose - the football may not be the most attractive but he'll know how to grind out results.

S Tavares Isn't there someone called Alves in this category? And Luke, Luke someone... -
Not just that. The proposed new tariff regime will hit other economies (and companies based there) hard. Investors may feel they need to pull out of economies that will plummet, and the US is seen as a safer hiding hole.

Didn't folk say that when he kept his previous club up? Maybe it's more than just lck, just saying...

nice assist for that goal.

Tend to agree. Even if Man U had signed Vardy 2017 they'd have had a better chance of the big trophy. So I suppose I'm saying JV > CR7

Check to see if there's been a meltdown on FT over the team selection. If yes, we'll stand a chance. If no meltdown and everyone approves the team selection (as per the Forest game) that's the time to worry.

The stamp duty changes (mainly double for folk buying a second property) could well kick off a major house price correction. Feel the fear.
