Question - given that multiple clubs are now owned by majority foreign investors, with no cultural attachment to the English game, does the regulator have enough power to fight these billionaire owners? Secondly - does the regulator understand the concerns of fans about growing American influence in the English game, in light of the announcement that Spain's La Liga has sanctioned a competitive league match to be played in the US?

If he plays tomorrow, he's on telly in front of everyone (and some Americans), you think he'd use that as an opportunity to showcase himself -

See it less as agent talk and more mums chatting bollocks at the school gates. "My son has been scouted by Premier League clubs" -
Hilarious. Absolute farce that a team near the border with China is in UEFA. But still funny.

What a pair of dreadful opening penos

You know it's a good game when the commentators are talking about the time

I've only watched 10 mins of this Celtic game and good lord, if they get through to Champs League proper they'll get annihilated

Ah, good to see refs not enforcing the 8 second rule. Was really worried they might clamp down on it. -

Steady on, with that sort of logic -
This is what I think. Unless there's a dominoes run of deals going on behind the scenes, I'm thinking 2 transfers or loans. Striker/10 and a CM

Eurgh. Part of me wishes we'd gone up this season. -
We defo aren't challenging for promotion this year. Maaaaybe top 6. Maybe. But I reckon we'll be down here 2 years minimum.

Have to agree. Governments have been dancing around it too long. Either everyone pays or the very well off pay the majority. The argument that it's unfair to tax the rich, I actually understand - they would see they earned it so why should they pay more but it's about understanding everyone is a part of society. If you fear for your safety, then you need police to be paid for to keep things nice. Unfortunately, globalisation devalued a lot of our industry from 30-50 years ago and if those company heads want to continue benefitting from that, then the price is higher taxes.

Big improvement but I'm not getting Liverpool 2005 vibes
