When will people learn? Two wrongs don't make a right. I'm looking at you Gaza/Israel. And if I'm perfectly honest... The rest of the world

Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast

Paul Gallagher once knocked a cup of hot chocolate all over my wife with an errant practice shot pre-match (yes, it even missed the netting that catches the wide and high shots ) There was a waved hand of apology, but he was definitely suppressing a laugh -

More like Mahrez, who had his doubters in his first couple of seasons here because often we'd only see brief flashes of the brilliance yet to emerge.

I think a fair few people are misty eyed about that 13/14 team because many of those players went on to win the league, but I seem to remember many people at the time saying that the likes of Vardy, Mahrez and Morgan wouldn't be good enough for the EPL. Some might have even been saying, "told you so" halfway through the 14/15 season. Matty James was also a huge part of the 13/14 team Vardy wasn't top scorer (16) it was Nugent (20) and Mahrez got less goals than Dyer, Drinkwater and King. It wasn't until 2015/16 that Mahrez and Vardy really shone playing in a quite different team, in a quite different style. So those players, as they were in 2013/14, were very good, possibly our best team in the 2nd tier. Until now. This team is much better technically, both in individual ability and team cohesiveness. Part of that is because of how football has developed in the past 10 years. Also I think that, and it's early days I know (also I'm putting a suit of armour on before I say this), but Maresca is a better manager than Pearson. (Runs for cover, clanking)

There's always different wars going on around the world, there's more besides the ones you mention, mostly civil wars. To get a world war you'd need a block of allied countries against another group of countries with a common cause.

I had the misfortune to be listening to Jim White on talkSPORT this morning and he claimed there was a poll saying the vast majority of fans like VAR. No actual figures or source mentioned of course.

I've always thought, given how many superheroes they have to save the day, Gotham and Metropolis are pretty crime ridden.

I've had 2 Maestros and they were quite fun to drive in that, even at 30 mph, you were fighting the car to stay on the road, as if you were doing 100 mph in any regular car. All the thrill of Silverstone, with no worry from the Rozzers! Though almost as much chance of death as driving round Silverstone.
