I find it really weird this doesn’t get talked about, our midfield really is holding us back. No deeplying playmaker, no b2b midfielder, Gray aside no pace on the flanks, no goal threat from the wingers/inside forwards. Hopefully the recruitment team are working on this over the next two windows.

Have you ever seen a team move less on a football pitch? They all want it to feet, I don’t understand why no one will try and create an angle or take a man away to create space.

What tactics is everyone using? I'm playing a 4-4-1-1 as Fiorentina and not ripping up any trees, a solid 6th. I don't have the players to play a back 5 but would love a more attacking 4-3-3/4-2-3-1.

Don't know whether this will go down as unpopular or not, but despite bing a huge advocate of poppy wearing and everything it stands for, I think the attention and abuse James McClean is receiving is dreadful. It's his choice to not wear the poppy given his background and that should be respected.

Drinkwater is not good enough to play in Chelsea’s midfield. Kante, Jorginho, Barkley and Kovacic are all much more suited to the 4-3-3 they play. I’m not massively in favour of bringing him back but his tendency to sit would suit Puel’s system.

Are people still knocking Evans? Clearly don’t have have the capacity to see past his first twenty minutes. He’s improved game by game and is looking the part now.

Fulham spending over £100m plus a number of loans in the summer should serve as a reminder to some of our fans that spending that money doesn't guarantee any success. I was also really impressed with the atmospheres at Cardiff and Huddersfield yesterday. Maybe we need a relegation battle to wake the KP up .
