Only saw 2nd half, but what a display. MotM must go to Daka for being in the right place at the right time, and winning and scoring the pen to get us 2-0 up. But Faes was unreal in that half, complete boss. This season is so enjoyable. Love the Enzo magic and 2 danes in the line-up.

His passing is absurd for a CB and key to our approach.

I love Daka, but he is making it really hard so far in this game... After a shaky start, we are in complete control and only constant poor decisions and execution by our front three we are only leading by one. But some of our play is gorgeous today.

You are looking at it in the wrong way. Only one team can win the league and that means that only one of Klopp, Arteta, The oil billionaires or Villa can win it, leaving the three others in agony. Must say though, and being extremly jealous, I root for Villa, as it would be so fun for Emery to win the PL title before Arsenal and also showing non-elite clubs can still win the thing. In the meantime just enjoy the Man Utd and Chelsea melt downs.

What a mayhem at the end of that Brentford-Villa game. The ref lost all control and the players really did not help either. Villa end up grinding 3 points though and begins to look like a serious top 4 if not title contender.

Also how poor was Keith Stroud? Let them get away with so much even the most stone waller pen, I have seen in ages. I still prefer the no VAR though.

That conceded goal was so annoying. The floated ball, that invited the pressure and then one guy in our box with 4 defenders gets the header. Yeez our whole defense felt asleep. Still created plenty, but the clutch lacking again. Daka should do better, Ndidi should do better and the flippin refs shuld be able to see a stone waller.
