Finally got around to pulling this together. The summary will be in four parts and will be published over the next couple of days:

  • Part 1: Referee and Opposition Awards
  • Part 2: Manager and Team Awards
  • Part 3: Player Awards
  • Part 4: Player-by-Player Review

If there's anything in particular you'd like to know that isn't covered which I could pull out from the ratings, please let me know.

Mark Clattenburg v Man Utd should not be anywhere near the top ten lol

Hilarious really on reflection. We put ourselves 2nd and two of the worst performances against us this season we actually lost lol though I don't think that's THAT outlandish as Villa were actual turd both times.

Great stuff.

It appears the referee is good when we win........who'd have thought that!

Top effort. A rare occasion when statistics prove to be particularly insightful.

In a world in which mankind has done miraculous things and used statistics to generate an evidence base for all of them, a poll that shows Leicester to be the second best team in the Premier League last season is the thing that gives you faith in stats. Unbelievable.

Not to detract from the amazing work the OP did with this, fascinating to see how the fanbase felt over the season. Keep up the good work.

These stats are very insightful. Thanks for doing this. Cannot argue too much with the opposition rating and of course we will have bias towards our own team. It's actually surprising given the spectrum of views held by members on here, we have got it right. Chelsea were the best team by a mile. So people on FT know what they're talking about.

I agree, on performances we were definitely 2nd in the league and I fully expect us to deliver a top two finish next season.
