Costa, or Starbucks?

I'd take Diego Costa, not seen this Starbucks play...

Sorry I thought this was the transfer forum, I didn't really, I knew it was coffee, wouldn't drink at either of them, so I don't know if their coffee is nice or not, but there are plenty of nice places with character to buy really good coffee, even in Leicester.

Before my theory test the other day I wanted somewhere quiet just to sit down and revise a bit more so I went to pret a manger, I had latte that came in relatively big mug but it was about £2.20, I know coffee shops are notoriously expensive but really?

Wetherspoons, large lavazza cappuccino £1.09.

Tastes better at less than half price. Nuff sed.

Is it not weird going to a pub for a coffee though?

I've never initiated 'going for a coffee' because why the fvck would I but on the unfortunately common occasions that I've been invited and the circumstances have made turning the offer down too impolite I've noticed no discernable difference between the two at all. The coffee always tastes like crap, the prices are ridiculous and the clientele mostly idiots.

At 8am normally not too busy. Sit down read the paper, tends to be lot less hectic than the franchise coffee shops (plus can then have a beer if no work)

I've never understood why people get so emotional over places that sell coffee and people going to places that sell coffee.

Why?

Remember the thread where someone went on a rant about people drinking coffee like a month ago? Lmao

I've just had a look for that, it was Rob1742 or something like that. If you don't like them sort of companies don't go to them it's not as if they force you to buy their products.

I don't like KFC but I wouldn't rant about them & the people that go there.
