Have no idea how he manages to score so many, he's weak, technically inept, can't link. sure a good goalscorer but I'd want him nowhere near our club

Carroll - All gone wrong since leaving Newcastle Hart - Seems to be living off the hype around him a few years ago. Nothing special imo. Rio Ferdinand - Was a average player in a quality team. Balloteli - Just a terrible player with a terrible attitude. Welbeck - Average player. He is a quality player, there is no argument with his goal record. Rio Ferdinand is an absolutely shocking shout.

Messi & Ronaldo have been able to change games in the blink of an eye on a regular basis and win games. Rooney hasn't. I didn't say as good - but I'll stand by my point that before he picked up that injury in Munich in 2010 he was very close to being bracketed with those pair. His all round game as well as his goalscoring exploits that season was phenomenal, he was changing games and winning Yanited points. If you think he was only good in 2004 you're being dense.

He may have done the biz at United many moons ago but they're irrelevant to me. When I've wanted him to shine he never has yet is lauded by Hodgson and the like for no real reason certainly not in an England shirt.

Yeah, one season. Rhodes has been scoring consistently, something Gestede never has done (although the previous season he did score 12). Didn't Nugent outscore Vardy when we won the League ?
