jimmeh Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Mirallas. Watching the Barnsley v Everton game. And the amount of chances he squanders is scandalous. How is he a professional footballer I have no idea. Any players you just really do not rate?
jimmeh Posted 26 August 2015 Author Posted 26 August 2015 Actually had no idea there was another mirallas thread! How weird. Why are you flooding the forum with these nonsensical and annoying threads? Why does it effect your life do much!
wokinghamfox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Crap footballer but good at bullying ball boys. !!

bovril Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Raheem Sterling. Although I concede he might actually turn out to be a decent signing for City.

Dan Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 most people who have ever played for any of the north east clubs so true it hurts.
ScouseFox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 John Stones awful..... lol maybe I've just been unlucky but I've literally never seen him do anything right. even just this season in what, 4 games, he's been massively at fault for watford's second goal, was all over the shop for both goals they conceded to city and wasn't exactly "quality" vs a league one club tonight. 35 million pounds for him seems to be almost glossed over by everyone as if it's not too bad a deal, yet ten mill more for sterling, who is light years ahead of him and the same age (?) is seen by many as the worst transfer deal ever? how come?

John Stones will be a phenomenal centre half in years to come. He's better than the likes of Terry and Ferdinand (widely considered the best PL centre halves ever) were at his age. He makes the odd mistake through inexperience but he reads the game well, isn't easily bullied (rare for young defenders) and plays "football". I don't know if its more ridiculous to call him awful or that Sterling is light years ahead of him.
Stadt Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Stones is average, I suppose playing next to Jagielka would make you look worse though
ScouseFox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Id rather pay 490 million for sterling than 35 mill for stones but each to their own. one is a ridiculously good, world class talent already and one has played a season and a bit for Everton and "looked classy" but riddled with errors. They are miles apart in terms of quality. Stones might go on to be quality but I don't know what the world is wanking over just yet. Everyone seems to have just unanimously agreed to give him an easy ride for some reason. Even on motd when he went sliding off the screen like an idiot vs Watford they simply chuckled and said it was something he'd have to stop doing in the future or something, not even mentioning he'd cost his team a goal and two points. Just strikes me as odd that we in the most part seem to want to hate any youngster at a big club but any at a slightly lower level, even though clearly worse are gods amongst people.
Kitchandro Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Most of the players mentioned on this thread are average and overrated, not awful.
