And there is every possibility he still might get it - still very early days. Who knows what CR thinks about him - I haven't heard him mention him yet and he's mentioned quite a few of the other players since being here. He'd be mad not to give it until January - if he's still out of favor I could see him wanting a move away/loan for some regular football.

LCFC and him will gain nothing out of this. One injury up front and he will be a starter. I do hope this is just rubbish talk. A 500% no-brainer.
Blanesta Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 I'd be very disappointed if we let him go, I genuinely feel he has the ability to improve, a short term loan would be the best option just to get the lad game time, he needs to get settled in a side, and we've not got that luxury yet, like others have said we need players who can step in and freshen things up when we eventually struggle in front of goal!

Matt Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 I'd certainly be looking at loaning him out, he doesn't seem to the player he was meant to be considering the hype surrounding him. He hasn't had many chances I'll give him that but when I was moaning about certain players not getting chances last year I kept being told there must be a reason for that, the manager/staff sees them train every day and he can't be impressing more than the selected players, I'm about disappointed in that situation because I thought he'd be something real special for us yet it still remains to be seen. Think a loan (in a shitty league, where if he is going to be something special he should bag loads and boost his confidence) would be good for both parties, wouldn't sell though.

psychonaut Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 You mean games right? 45 goals a game i guess is a little unrealistic To clarify over 90 minutes - 16 appearances but most were as a sub so adding total minutes played and div by 90 which comes out at about 8-9 games. Always feel it gives a truer reflection!
