AjcW Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 I have no issues whatsoever with this. Versatile, strong and experienced. Got goals in him, could be a winger or a target man. Get it done!
Babylon Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 I don't like him. After being linked with elmohamaddy yesterday I am feeling quite disillusioned with our supposed transfer targets atm. That said he might turn out to be like Vardy - the sort of player who basically looks like a coked-up chav when playing for another team but an absolute hero playing for yours. He was a regular for a comfortably midtable Stoke, whom still want to keep him. Not "glam".... but not a bad player.
SB87_LCFC Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Suggested him in another thread, has great work ethic so would fit in well imo. disappointed to see Kram leave on loan but seems to be a confidence sort of player who needs game time
Guest Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 And he can be our 5th/6th Striker in Krammy goes to Celtic.
Guest ttfn Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 He was a regular for a comfortably midtable Stoke, whom still want to keep him. Not "glam".... but not a bad player. Yeah I don't think he's a bad player I just don't like him.
Babylon Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Yeah I don't think he's a bad player I just don't like him. Can't say I know him.
Fuch Me Moore Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Don't think he would play as a striker, more wide position, tracks back, scores goals. Not a sensational signing but someone who would add strength to our team
Darkon84 Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Not the world's most talented footballer, but certainly fits the work ethic
st albans fox Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Held the ball up v well at our place last season Better technique than Leo (first touch) Knows how to finish Would be happy to sit on the bench if he has his two year deal. Leo's body language doesn't look great to me. Think he feels he should be starting I'm ok with this
Guest ttfn Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Can't say I know him. You don't have opinions of people you've never met? I don't like Cattermole but I can see what he brings to his team. You know what I mean...
Ric Flair Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 He's alright, not exactly an improvement on what we've got and he'd probably be ahead of Ulloa and Kramaric in the pecking order which would be an annoyance.
Rasmic123 Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 would love it if he signed, a guy who knows how to score in the prem and would be a great option to have on the bench
Austin Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 He's bang average. Hope Norwich sign him! No better than what we already have.
Callabinho Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 He's bang average. Hope Norwich sign him! No better than what we already have. Bollocks, he bossed Morgan at our place, he's twice the player Ulloa is in terms of hold up play.
General Smuts Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 The Walters/Huth dream team back together again!!
MC Prussian Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 LCFC going for High/High workrates up front - I have a FUT 15 déjà-vu. Still baffles me that we don't seem to have another full-back on our radar to complement the squad. Our strikeforce is good and versatile enough in my opinion.
Kitchandro Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Fvcking hell how depressing. Hardly a step forward for the club. We've got 4 good strikers on the books, all with far more potential than Walters. What is the issue that needs resolving? There isn't one.

Maybe he's just being added to give us general strength in depth. He's not amazing but in terms of a mid table premier league he's as solid as you can get. Could see him playing out wide as other posters have said because of his work rate. It's hardly a bad sub to bring on if albrighton or Mahrez are running out of puff.
johnny the fox Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 spunk up the money for austin rather than this ..
Lesteban Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 Hard working and versatile squad player who can cover multiple positions, don't see what the problem is. Won't mind being sat on the bench as much as Ulloa/Kramaric or any of our 3 wingers.
Guest Kopfkino Posted 1 September 2015 Posted 1 September 2015 An alright squad player for a year. What's the point?
