I don't think Villa would go for Pearson to be honest, our coaches are in a great position at City and I'm sure Ranieri is a decent manager to work with plus our owners are magnificent.

Massive backward step going to Villa.....

Up the City......

The better we do the more likely we are to retain them I think. Depends where Pearson goes of course but I can see him taking on a project in the Championship and, with us flying high, that might not be a desirable career move.

If he could handle working in London, I could see Pearson going to Charlton, however I still think there would have been very stringent clauses put in place when he left so he couldn't just come back and take them like he did last time. Top and Susan Whelan are no mugs and I'd hope they wouldn't make it easy for him if he tried it.

They'd all be free to work wherever they choose?

Premier league clubs aren't going to touch Pearson.

Pearson will get a championship job, and i'm not sure the other other two will want to drop a division and a pay cut to join Pearson.

What the fvck is wrong with some people, why are they  so obsessed with Walsh Shakespeare going somewhere based on an appointment that isn't going to happen any time soon.

Walsh and Shakespeare are contracted to the club, they were clearly made to feel they were important to the club by the owners and that they wanted to keep them at the club because they value their work and wanted to bring in someone to work with them, not replace them.

They are not just hanging around waiting for Pearson to get a job so they can be best buddies at an inferior club. They are as much a part as this club and as responsible for its success as anyone.

They know that, the owners know that, and Ranieri appreciates that as do the fans.

They will also be aware that they will be seen as Pearson's men if they go and if Pearson fails, or gets sacked for his lack of professionalism again it will reflect badly on them, as opposed to staying here as part of Claudio's revolution.

Pearson is damaged goods now when you look at the response of fans to his name, despite doing a brilliant job here. I think premier clubs are going to have to get a bit more desperate than they currently are before they go for him.

I read an article the other day in which Ranieri actually made a point of thanking the English coaches already at the club for helping the smooth transition. It's a far cry from those early Ranieri days where we were all analysing the body language of the coaches in pictures and video clips. It's a good time to be a Leicester fan!
