lifted*fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 So, next up is Watford at home. They're doing pretty well at the moment but surely with our current momentum and home atmosphere we should be looking to beat these. If we do, we'll be on 25 points at the end of the first week in November - a truly amazing position to be in at this stage of the season. With relegation looking pretty unlikely from this position I reckon the shackles will come off (even more so, if that's possible) and we'll play with freedom and creativity. Hopefully the ground will be rocking and we'll see a few goals go in, in our favour! Line-ups and thoughts?
weller54 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Twatford at home!... Difficult game I'm thinking... But 2-1 win!... Vardy (of course) and A 25 yarder from Drinky!
HighPeakFox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Tough game, they have a proper strike partnership
Lestoh Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Knockaert to make a surprise reappearance, miss a last minute penalty, Deeney to score the winner on the subsequent counter.
AS78UK Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Tough game, they have a proper strike partnership Agreed, can't see a clean sheet in this one.
ithuriel Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Think it should be a good game, I do not mind them that much now and it looks like they have enough to survive so I'm not taking it for granted, doubt CR will either.
The Doctor Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 We'll win comfortably because we're a real club rather than some pointless serie a wannabes from the arse end of nowhere, but they'll still proclaim themselves to be the winners because they once scored a last minute winner in a semi-final, and need to celebrate it every opportunity because it's literally the pinnacle of their achievements as a club. 4-0 city, Vardy (x2), Drinkwater, Deeney (OG)

The Doctor Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Embarrassing - I suggest you remove this Nah, I like to bait my hooks early for when the assortment of golden idiots come to town. It's like fishing in a barrel, easy win but oh so satisfying.
HighPeakFox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Nah, I like to bait my hooks early for when the assortment of golden idiots come to town. It's like fishing in a barrel, easy win but oh so satisfying. As you wish - I'm just enjoying full-on smug-mode, that'll keep me happy.
Gary Eatfood Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Drinky isn't capable of scoring from 25 yards
Oadby Fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Watford are doing well but I reckon we will win this 3:1 Mahrez 1 Albrighton 1 Vardy 1
Monk Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 A potential banana skin but we should be winning this given our form.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 They loan all their players they are an embarrassment to English football ect.
weller54 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Embarrassing - I suggest you remove this Agree!!.total rubbish!!... 6-0.. Deeney hattrick of own goals!
KFS Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 These are no mugs, but have they come up against a front four with pace to burn? If they think they can turn up and play it might play into our hands.
NewburyFox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 They loan all their players they are an embarrassment to English football ect. Tbf the way they signed current star striker Ighalo was a disgrace. I believe they loaned him from Udinese, he started well, and then Udinese cancelled his contract and Ighalo signed for Watford on a free transfer the next day. It's typical Watford. They've had a good start but we should have too much for them.
The Doctor Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 As you wish - I'm just enjoying full-on smug-mode, that'll keep me happy. Smug mode comes when we're sat so far above them we can't hear a word they're saying, but they're always a bunch of wallopers, and despite that I've already said that I don't think that (we'll still win comfortably, because we're just a better side), they'll still bite and whinge and probably post a video of that deeney goal.
HighPeakFox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Agree!!.total rubbish!!... 6-0.. Deeney hattrick of own goals!
HighPeakFox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 As for Watford and their fans, I simply could not care less what they think or say, I'm surprised anybody else here does.
Stevosevic Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 These are no mugs, but have they come up against a front four with pace to burn? If they think they can turn up and play it might play into our hands. They did against Arsenal i guess...and lost 3-0
