Captain... Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Leicester v The United Nations fc Disgusting isn't it, foreign owners, foreign manager, lots of foreign players. So glad we aren't like that...
Izzy Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 I reckon it's going to be similar to the crystal palace game but with a few more goals So, different then?
STUHILL Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Fairly confident we will win this. They are well organised but think we will be too strong in attack for them and score a few. 3-1 to us
Dan Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Narrow win yet again I reckon. These are no mugs but I think we're better.
MC Prussian Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Tough fixture, I think Watford have finally hit form and I don't see them punching above their weight at all. It took them a while to get used to the Premier League surroundings, but recent results suggests Quique Flores has found his best starting XI, with Ighalo up front and Deeney acting as a secondary striker just behind him. You also shouldn't underestimate Abdi, looks like he could join Inler in the Swiss national squad soon for the friendly versus Austria the week after next. In addition to that, Heurelho Gomes is an absolutely underrated goalkeeper who has helped them save a couple of very important points with crucial saves ever since the season started. You can argue about the Watford-Udinese-Granada triangle as much as you want to - ultimately, you'll need to get the players working as a unit, nothing else matters. This has goal fest written all over it. No clean sheet again, Mahrez, Albrighton, Vardy on fire once more. 4-2 to the home team - but not without the odd bit of calamity or spell of nervousness thrown in.
TheLittleBigMan Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 We'll have these lot. They were gifted goals against the hammers so not reading too much into that game. Not only are they coming up against one of the best attacking teams in the league but they will have to face the blue army as-well. 3-1 to the city. See ya there.
Clever Fox Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 We've gifted quite a few goals ourselves this season. I'd consider them similar to Norwich and Palace but with more pace up front and better players. Deeney is sure to get his usual goal against us, that means we will need two to win. It's their movement up top that worries me, were not exactly quick at the back. Still think we'll win though simply because of our midfield strength.
EverybodyDannsNow Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 1 change for me - Fuchs in for Schlupp at LB. I'm confident about this one. They have started the season well but we look unstoppable at the moment. 2-1. Vardy and Kante
z-layrex Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 I still ****ing hate Watford and I hope we absolutely smash them. Such a stupid nasty little club with no business being in the premier league.
les-tah Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Disgusting isn't it, foreign owners, foreign manager, lots of foreign players. So glad we aren't like that... not quite sure how to take that but we had 10 homegrown players in our squad at the weekend think they had 3!!Apologies if my counting is way out
EnglishOxide Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Some posters on here really are eaten up by hatred aren't they? In our last couple of years in the Championship Watford came across as arrogant ***** towards us, belittling us as a smaller club than them, despite us being bigger and better on every level. I'll give them their 'Deeney day', but on the whole, **** them, I'll take pleasure in giving them a twatting. The only way we will lose this is by massively underperforming.
EnglishOxide Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 You are actually alright. But the rest of your lot can jog on!
MC Prussian Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 not quite sure how to take that but we had 10 homegrown players in our squad at the weekend think they had 3!! Apologies if my counting is way out Our starting eleven vs. West Brom away: Schmeichel Huth (regardless of him joining Arsenal in his youth, he's still a German ) Schlupp Kanté Ulloa Mahrez That's six foreigners on the pitch from the start, plus another four on the bench (Okazaki, Inler, De Laet, Schwarzer). The homegrown quota is stronger with Leicester, but let's not make us look like we're more English than English.
Number 6 Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Can see it panning out similarly to the Palace game. Tactical battle between the managers I think.

Arriba Los Zorros Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 We are the favourites for this game, and I can see it coming to bite us. Leicester 1 - 2 Watford
Ric Flair Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 This will be a tough match, it often is against Watford. I think we'll get something though and hopefully a win.
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Match them up 4-4-2 and we'll win. We'll have too much for them. Swap Fuchs for Schlupp (if fit) would be my only change.
Captain... Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Schmeical and Schlupp are homegrown. So is Huth, but they aren't English.
MooseBreath Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Watford have played the plucky little underdogs all season and to their credit have squeezed a few good performances out of a very poor team and setup. Their honeymoon period was capped by a gifted three points against West Ham but there will be no such prize giving here. It's back down to earth with a bang for the yellow boys. 5-1 Leicester.
Countryfox Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Easy one to predict. We win 14 nil with several players getting hat tricks and Vardy scoring a scorcher in the last 5 mins to make it 9 in a row. With such an emphatic score line combined with the fact that Arsenal and Man City are playing after us that moves us to the top of the Prem on goal difference !! Oh, ... and fat head Deeney misses a hatful and gets kicked in the head by one of his own players who thinks his head is the ball ..... now I'm being silly.
foxfanazer Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 Unlike most of the prem, we know Watford and what they're all about. Credit to them for their start but it really is a game we should be winning regardless of our form. Don't think they'll park the bus which will leave us space behind for Vardy 3-1 City Vardy x 2 Kante
Babylon Posted 2 November 2015 Posted 2 November 2015 They have done exceptionally well to integrate a new manager and so many new signings. I thought that would be the death of them, but he seems to know what he's doing so fair play. Won't be an easy game, they don't concede many and seem to have learned to score again in the last two. I can see a tight game.
