Carl the Llama Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Tbf as tasteless as I find their club, Watford have started well. Â Plus we all know they have a bit of a hard on for us so I can see them putting in a real shift and being one of the more challenging sides to visit the KP this season.
Super_horns Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Ighalo took a heavy knock which forced him off near the end. hopefully he won't make it. If it isn't a draw, one of us is going to win three games on the bounce! He'll probably be ok - not sure it was as serious as suggested. Hopefully not anyway. Our away record is pretty good and the last 2 games impressive but naturally you guys are on fire so not really sure what to expect/predict. One thing is probably certain - you won't be as poor/complacent as Stoke/West Ham were..

I think there is two players left from the team that played us in the semis so that shouldn't come into it.  We are due to batter someone soon to get our GD back up, hopefully we can get a couple of 3+ wins in the next two games.
suffolk fox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 I think we should respect them but that is all. Play like we have been doing with quick paced football we should beat them. Watched brief highlights of them on motd and West Ham more or less gifted them two goals yesterday. What on earth was Carrol doing? Listened to talkshite yesterday on the way home from West Brom and one of Watfords fans came on the radio. He Reckoned about ten teams are worse than them in the league at the moment and they are playing brilliant football. Was looking forward to seeing them on motd because of what he said, but they were gifted the three points by West Ham yesterday.
HighPeakFox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Some posters on here really are eaten up by hatred aren't they?
lgfualol Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Watford are doing well, I cant imagine them being relegated. Makes a change from before the season when the media were sure our teams would be dead last. It also helps Watford when you have an Italian team cancelling contracts so you can get very good decent players for free. Ighalo for example. Not a fan of the pozzos. My first thought is another 2-2. If they've got any sense they'll get as many set pieces as possible, Ighalo could be a problem. Deeney is bound to score. Kante will have another solid game, and we have Mahrez and Vardy on fire. Not worried about lack of goals!
Phube Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Hopefully they will try to actually play at the KP, giving us a chance get in behind them...
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 This will be tough, they are fearless and play some good football. We should be too strong but this will be close Yeah but are they #fearless though?
sdb Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Eiisshh. There's some serious confidence on here! Not that there shouldn't be, but Watford are no push overs. Would so love another win.
Juvenile Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Probably play the same team? Fuchs could possibly come in and it will be interesting to see whether Ranieri reverts back to playing Okazaki. I hope not though. Watford already have wins against Stoke and Swansea as well as West Ham now but as mentioned already, West Hams defending was a joke.
ramboacdc Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 they will be reeling for a chance to beat us now. now we are top 3 every team will be seeing it as a scalp!
foxfanazer Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Did Ighalo go off injured after that red card challenge from Collins? Would be nice if he was unavailable
KFS Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Kasper Fuchs Morgan Huth Simpson Schlupp Drinkwater Kante Albrighton Mahrez Vardy Subs: Kawashima (the guy was out for pizza with the team, surely he'll sign soon), Okazaki, Inler, King, Benalouane, Dyer, Ulloa.
Guest Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 This is another must win. You can't lose at home to promoted sides if you want to finish in the top half of the table.
Phube Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 This is another must win. You can't lose at home to promoted sides if you want to finish in the top 4. Fixed!
LCFC FOX Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QL-Ymi90HT8 and still to this day that's my favourite commentary piece on one of our goals. Just purely how it's said
Christoph Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Both teams to score but I reckon we'll have enough to pull through. I reckon it's going to be similar to the crystal palace game but with a few more goals
what? Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Did Ighalo go off injured after that red card challenge from Collins? Would be nice if he was unavailable  Just a knock apparently. He's in my FF team and supposedly has a 75% chance of playing.   they will be reeling for a chance to beat us now. now we are top 3 every team will be seeing it as a scalp!  And how wonderful to be considered a scalp and not a banana skin!Â
Crinklyfox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 We have the players to win this but I expect Watford to have noted our weaknesses in defending set pieces in the air and prepare accordingly. I hope we score first because if they do and sit back it could be a frustrating afternoon.
fuchsntf Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Get your Voodoo dolls out....I actually like Watford, I like watching them play, they have forwards, who will do well in the PL. The club ethics are top, and by n by play some good attacking football. Put your Voodoo dolls and pins away, my back is killing me... I am still confident, we will be too good for them this week, Norwich was looking good, until we beat them, so although I expect a close contest, we go to 25pts next week. Tho Vardy will be watched by all to see if the run continues, I would love to see other scorers, besides Mahrez get on the score sheet, Kante or DD would be good.
CharlieCharles Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Leicester 4-2 Watford  Albrighton, Morgan, Vardy, Mahrez  They will more than likely score, we just have to score more.
