Vardy out for 2 weeks

Kramaric is good enough and Charlie Austin should be bought in to take over the role Ulloa and Okazaki are doing

Vardy has looked shattered in recent games, as have a few others. He's not running with the same freedom. I was hoping Ranieri would rest him and most of the current team for the Tottingham cup tie anyway. I think this operation will do him a lot of good and hopefully he'll come back stronger, sharper and hungrier than ever.

In the meantime we need to see if Ulloa, Okazaki or Kram are man enough to step up. All three have been disappointing so far this season. For all their massive signing fees and huge wages, all three should be ashamed of the contributions they have made. I understand Kram hasn't had much playing time, but it's obvious he's not putting any pressure on Ranieri to pick him. Ulloa looks clumsy and his touch is terrible for a P/L player, and although Okazaki has tried hard, he seems too lightweight for me. Defenders don't have the fear factor when he plays as he's too easily pushed off the ball.

We can't keep relying on Vardy & Mahrez. As yesterday clearly showed we don't seem to have any other goalscorers in the team.

Weeee, I'm actually looking forward to seeing if Shinji does well in Vardy's position, or of Kram can score some of those soccergoals I hear so much about. What am saying? SPEND ALL THE MONEY ON AUSTIN, AUSTIN OR ANYONE, ANYONE, AND INJECT THEM WITH VARDY'S BONEMARROW.

What kind of groin surgery can you recover from in two weeks or less?  Some kind of laser procedure?

Literally no idea mate. Watch this space

I know Kramaric hasn't had much of a chance but why do a few people have so much faith in him? He's a decent player but he's not shown Pearson, Ranieri or us that he's capable of regularly putting the ball in the net in the league.

It's hope. Probably blind hope.

Personally I think Ranieri will not change much. Ulloa or Shinji or both will probably start in the league.

It would be good to see him as he's a different option. Ulloa and Okazaki are out of form at the moment and Vardy's out for a few weeks. Be good to see him given a few games or even brought on to see what he can contribute.

Ugh it's hard to imagine us being very deadly with those two upfront together, little movement, creativity or cutting edge.

I suppose Kram is a little bit more exciting

It's more the fact that he has better attacking qualities than Shinji and Ulloa.

Faster, more creative, arguably the better finisher, can work just as hard and maybe he is the better finisher.

In terms of the advantages the other two have over him, you could say they are both better tacklers. Ulloa is more valuable for his aerial ability, and Shinji is more valuable for his engine.

On top of this, there is nothing about Shinji or Leo that we don't know. They've had plenty of games to show what they can do.

Kramaric hasn't in this system and therefore he could be even better. Let's face it, he can't turn out worse than we expect can he? Because in terms of goal threat Leo and Shinji either through ability or formation offer very little.

It's not rocket science is it.

Does anyone not think that if Ranieri and his coaching team thought Kram was good enough, he'd play?

Do people believe otherwise..or is there something you're not telling us?

THAT'S not rocket science is it?

I've since changed my mind if you read my reply to Col, Shinji and Ulloa need it on a plate whereas Kram has a bit more guile and flair

. Ulloa is more valuable for his aerial ability,

Only when we are defending corners. Infact, someone should tell hem we are defending a corner next time we get one and spin him around like in blind mans buff before it's taken. Then there is a chance he might get his head on it!

For a man of his height, his heading ability (and strength against defenders) this season is woeful.
