I (Ian) represented the Foxes Trust at the Concourse Redesign Meeting last night - can posters please stop posting catering comments in Leicester Lasses topic & keep that focused on the questions raised.

 

The first half hour of last night was attended by the catering company, who now "receive little feedback", so we have opened direct dialogue with them.

So we are happy to take feedback on catering by posting on this thread, but posts such as "they are slow, they don't care" will be ignored.

 

If you have criticism (or praise) on service - then alongside your comment, for the feedback to be useful, the comment needs to include details of which game, which stand, ideally which kiosk (rough location within stand) and a key point, the approx. time of the issue. Being aware of this thread, please think about this at future games.

 

All the tills are linked & record the amount of customers served, so the catering company is tracking information to improve service.

 

Also on this thread, feel free to make suggestions of different food (or drink) you would like to see served, these could be fed back to the caterers for feasibility (not all foods are practical) and then maybe those that are feasible & initially appear popular could be pulled into a wider survey.

I find that the food in the hospitality sweet is very good, if not a little overpriced.  The staff are very courteous and well mannered and the food is usually of a very good standard.  I do not buy food or drink in the ground because of the queues.

I kind of agree with him to be honest. Everyone's main gripe is about the queueing. There's no point in getting rid of that disgusting Carlsberg that makes you heave after a sip, or introducing sushi and caviar at the kiosks if they can't sort out the queue problem!

Hello, I work in one of the kiosks, I'm not going to tell you where because by the sound of it you're all going to bite my head off, quite offended by the comments as I do care and try my best to serve everyone with good service, it's not everyone that's like that, and if you're all complaining about it, just don't buy anything from here, simple.

Click and collect service. Be easy to build an app with the choices. Order on way to the ground, pay via PayPal and collect at the ground. Could even order during first half (while ball is out of play obv) for the half time break.

Must also benefit the caterers as they would know in advance the demand reducing their waste.

But hey the title of this thread is somewhat trades description act.

It isn't  there intention to respond directly to any questions they will I'm  sure put them to the catering company I assume they  are planning to do that or are in the process of doing it,

I'd put loads of self serve vending machines in the concourse. This would help eliminate long queues for hot drinks, snacks. Free the kiosks up for burgers, pies etc..

This is the problem with the service, and in general with customer service in just about any sector these days.

 

You might think you try hard, and maybe you do I can't doubt you and tar everyone on the kiosks with the same brush.  But your only response is that if we don't like it then don't use it!!

 

The response should be a positive reaction.  You should yourself take this info, talk to whoever your superior is, work with it and try to change it!  You should try your level best to make a change, not just to yourself but to the whole situation.

 

The fact that your response is one of "like it or lump it" suggests to me that the service you provide is not as good as you think

If customers are unhappy with the service, why can't they complain to the company employing them (which I think is 'Compass Group', and not LCFC).

 

Doubt LCFC has anything to do with it.

I know it's probably a big ask, but for the evening games and even the lunch time kick offs, people like myself are having to get food beforehand because a £4 burger isn't enough

So whether you could do some more decent filling meals for these games

Like on Wednesday I'll finish work at 6 and get to the ground for 7, I'd love it if you guys sold something more substantial than a soggy burger

I wouldn't mind having Sushi and Indian cuisine. Two of my most favourite cuisines. Plus it would be good if we started to sell Ice Creams inside the ground and a wider range of confectionary.

How on earth do you propose eating a chilli in the concourse? And Ice cream at the football bloody hell what's happening in this thread.
