ramboacdc Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 just landed at the training ground apparently.
char123 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Worth it just for the chant potential. I like Amartey. EVERYBODY DOES. You've got to fight for your right to Amartey. There's probably millions of songs for this guy. Im thinking a song to the tune of "i am the music man" u could easily factor dan amartey into that, just need help with the full song!!

SheppyFox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 I have a funny feeling it's already done but they are holding off on the official announcement while they complete the imminent striker signing. Double Salvo Announcement!!

Itsthejoeker Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Anyone work out where he is in that Instagram photo?!
Guest Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 it is done We saw what you wrote the first time. If you're not adding anything then why bother typing the same again?
Thracian Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Seems like a big step forward but then I'm no less optimistic than anyone else when it comes to a new signing. It will all seem like an anti-climax without a new striker though. Has any other club got so few strikers on their books? Vardy, Mahrez and Ulloa is a ridiculously thin line.

Chelse (Remy and Costa), Man United (Rooney, Martial), Arsenal (Giroud, Walcott, Campbell)....
filbertstreet Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 spotted abandoned in a morrisons car park
Thracian Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 What about Shinji?? I don't count Shinji as a striker in the role he's played so far.
Babylon Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 I don't count Shinji as a striker in the role he's played so far. He's scored more than bloody Ulloa.
Thracian Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Chelse (Remy and Costa), Man United (Rooney, Martial), Arsenal (Giroud, Walcott, Campbell).... I guess that's the difference between my thinking and Ranieri's. I'd buy strikers first, attack-capable midfielders second and defenders who can attack third. To tell the truth I'd not much want anyone who couldn't attack. We put some emphasis on attackers being able and willing to defend - and why not - but I'd want just the same from defenders.
