TrentFox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Given that this seems to have been a "certainty" for ages, does anyone know for sure if he's been in training with us during the last week?
whitlock Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 I don't see why everyone is crying about it for. Acquiring players isn't a 5 minute thing, especially from a different country. When its completed, we'll find out.
Babylon Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Given that this seems to have been a "certainty" for ages, does anyone know for sure if he's been in training with us during the last week? Honestly wouldn't be surprised if we're just waiting on a work permit. With Kram I remember it said something like 4-8 working days for confirmation or something like that... can't imagine negotiations have taken this long.
mozartfox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 I guess we must be patient. Home Office very busy right now working on Asylum cases. .
adamlcfcbevo85 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Be announced in the next 24 hrs then next 24 hrs maybe 24 hrs after that ITK
LCCFox96 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 It would be good to have this signed and sealed ahead of Stoke and get a fresh face in the squad. Hoping this is done today.
queensguardfox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Done in the next 24 hours, helicopter just landed on the pitch
thybluefox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Has to be done my midday right, to be eligible for tomorrow?
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 There's no way he'd be in the squad tomorrow, he's not even trained with the team. Hopefully he'll be presented on the pitch though.

Have to agree here, he may of been training if it is just a work permit they are waiting for but I cant see him being in the squad.
Guest Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Has to be done my midday right, to be eligible for tomorrow? Does anyone really think he's just going to step into the team 3 hours after signing.
mozartfox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Done in the next 24 hours, helicopter just landed on the pitch Ah............ the sequel to 'Black Hawk Down' ? 'Black Star Down'. Pure theatre this.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Done in the next 24 hours, helicopter just landed on the pitchI love how we just frequently get our chopper out . . . .
weller54 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Does anyone really think he's just going to step into the team 3 hours after signing. Yeah, crazy.. He's needs a minimum of 5hrs!
LCCFox96 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Don't think he will play but he might be on the bench for the English match day experience. Arguments for and against doing it.
dpjfox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 thats the midday deadline gone for eligibility for tomorrow, we seem tohave great difficulty getting deals over the line, god knows how long this new striker transfer is going to take
Itsthejoeker Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 thats the midday deadline gone for eligibility for tomorrow, we seem tohave great difficulty getting deals over the line, god knows how long this new striker transfer is going to take It's been a well
goose2010 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 thats the midday deadline gone for eligibility for tomorrow, we seem tohave great difficulty getting deals over the line, god knows how long this new striker transfer is going to take well I will go with less than 8 working days as that's when the window shuts. Sorry but a week or so isn't a long time! he was no way going to play tomorrow anyway!
Fridgechef Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Who says it's not dne though? Might just have not been introduced to us yet?
dorsetboy Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 be glad when he signs but if he does start a few games it will be interesting to see where he plays in an interveiw with him a few pages back he said he started as a cb so could easily fill in for huth and morgan and was then converted to a midfielder box to box type so cover for kante and drinky but he also said hes comfortable playing right back ? could he replace simpson ? all in all a very versatile player ,young and eager to learn to great prospects so a decent signing
NewquayFox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 If he signs I hope it's not as part of a 3 man central midfield, we played awful in the 2 FA Cup games with that format until Ranieri changed it. Don't think he would fancy being 'Back up' for Morgan & Huth so the right back slit could be his target but Simpson defended well so far.... Could be in before the lock as I've just seen a blue helicopter heading your way over Trevose Golf Club.... Up the Titty......

I can see him being used to replace Kante or Drinkwater late on in games to give us energy and make us more solid, especially if we are holding on to a lead. Excited to see him play in the middle.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Probably a good omen that he's not "signed, sealed and delivered in time for the Oaties" after what happened with Kramaric. F**king hell that's a niche Foxestalk geek joke.
