worksopfox Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 Their players celebrated at the end as though they had won the cup!!
Master Fox Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 How long do we have to endure Wenger for? I'm sick of looking at his stupid face and hearing his dumb voice. T wat
Izzy Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 Just made the mistake of spending the last 10 minutes reading the post match thread on the Arsenal forum. What a load of arrogant and patronising cvnts they are. Plenty of Leicester fans on there winding them up though which probably doesn't help.
glenelgfox Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 His point was fair. In the build up to our goal, Morgan did a WWE Belly Slam taking out one of their players and the whistle never went. The penalty could be argued as harsh as Vardy put the ball to the right and then ran into the outstretched leg! I think however that if you stick your leg out in the box and don't take the ball you are penalty material. I don't think his comments are that bad tbh. I agree - watched the highlights (and lowlights!) again twice this morning. Morgan does foul their player who in my opinion had he fallen over with Wes on top of him instead of staying upright then the free is given and the next play phase re the penalty doesn't take place so we can summise all we like what the result may have been from there? The penalty is one of those that if we were on the wrong end of the decision then we would be complaining also. All of that doesn't hide the fact that Simpson left the ref with no choice - clearly looked a deliberate pull back of his arm and again if that was on one of our players and there was no scond yellow we would be screaming. Also still angry about the ridiculous free given away by Was - that was ultimately what cost us 2 more points and anyone who says otherwise is hiding from fact. Still top after a run in which everyone thought we would fall over in. Regroup and make sure we win well the next two at home and let the chasers chase even more.

Most pens involve the attacker knocking the ball a couple of yards in front so they don't risk the defender getting the ball instead of them.
sdb Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 He's a horrid little man when things don't go his way. Very poor loser. And even as a winner apparently. Hope they bottle it so bad.
lee7 Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 He's always moaning literally always. You will never see him say 'we were simply outplayed'. The first half for most of that period we were in full control. I still believe 11 vs 11 we would've won today. Fair enough they did create a lot of chances but that was against 10 men who had to try and defend a 1-0 lead for 40 minutes against one of the best attacking teams in the league.
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 I want us to win it. However, after today arsenal have to be a despicable underachieving club. Please don't let them win it!
Corky Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 If we'd drawn the game he wouldn't have been saying we'd defended very well. We'd be an anti-football team who came to stop them. He did it when Swansea won there last season, when Chelsea drew there under Mourinho.

Tuna Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 For years now the media have portrayed Wenger as a footballing visionary, a wise professor of the game when in reality he's Tony Pulis with a french accent. A moaning poison filled man who should have been sacked years ago.
dedlock Posted 14 February 2016 Posted 14 February 2016 It's a surprise noone from Arsenal was at tonight's BAFTAs. Wenger might have been nominated as best director of all that play -acting and gamesmanship. They must spend many hours in training rolling around after minimal contact, waving imaginary cards and practising berating the ref.
Monsell1976 Posted 15 February 2016 Posted 15 February 2016 For years now the media have portrayed Wenger as a footballing visionary, a wise professor of the game when in reality he's Tony Pulis with a french accent. A moaning poison filled man who should have been sacked years ago. For a club of Arsenal size, he's not done that great in recent years. They have a dodgy patch most season, and the Arsenal fans question wether it's time for him to move on. Arsenal fans are vile, so I hope wenger stays for many years yet, they deserve each other. And to add, not because of the result, but because Arsenal is a vile club, I hope they win **** all this season. So their fans realise they aren't that good, even little Leicester was comfortable at 1-0 with 11 men, and without their bullying the ref, we will never know if they were good enough to come back. I personally think 11 v 11 we was comfortable.
Manwell Pablo Posted 15 February 2016 Posted 15 February 2016 http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/643993/Arsene-Wenger-Leicester-lucky-before-late-Arsenal-winner Could get myself banned for what I think of this with Most predictable thing ever, there were that many tight calls and decisions that had to be made that different ref's would of given different ways, he was always going to whinge. If they had lost he would of gone to town, our penalty, the foul in the build up, the two they didn't get, drinkwater staying on the pitch, he'd of had an absolute field day, it's what he does.

Arsenal player made a great fuss about Wes's " foul". If there had been any significant contact there's no way he would have stayed on his feet so easily. The argument about Simpson's sending off was because of the first yellow card which was given for something that was barely even a foul.
Koke Posted 15 February 2016 Posted 15 February 2016 Imagine having frauds like Ramsey and Walcott in our side. £140,000 a week for being injured half the season and scoring 5 goals a season. Their fans are annoying unbearable *****. 10 years of abject mediocrity and and they're celebrating likes they won the league. We beat Man City away last week and we didn't go OTT like these mugs.
