Other half thought it would be interesting to measure my blood pressure during the match. I was watching at home, which I find even worse for my nerves! I took the first reading an hour before kick-off:

12:25  131/82  This the high side of normal

13:35  175/82. Moderate Hypertension. (This was after KS's save and the ball hitting both posts.

1-0      186/81  Severe Hypertension.

H/T      161/80  Moderate Hypertension.

1-1      183/86  Severe Hypertension.

1-2      158/82  Mild Hypertension.

2-2      187/76  Severe Hypertension.

I was too distraught to check-it at the sending-off. It was probably off the scale! :D

I have a fitbit and my heart rate was between 90-100 BPM the whole match.

Such a plastic, real fans have a heart rate of at least 140 during a match.

I've been feeling terrible during recent games. Chest pains, light-headedness, really stressed out. I had to leave the ground just after Vardy got sent off. I walked home and it felt like I was carrying something heavy on my shoulders. The emotion I felt when the ref got the red card out, was exactly the same as when we had to have the dog put down.

I'm gonna be a name on a brass plaque on a bench soon.

I've never experienced such intense pressure as a supporter then I have this season. Its a fact that I'm now going to either be crying hysterically in celebration of winning the title for a good few weeks or locking myself away for a month or two away from the world on compassionate leave, it scares me to death.

Which minute of which home game would you like us to schedule you're minutes applause?  lol

You're fine... It's only your systolic (top measure) BP that gets raised. You only need to worry if it's your diastolic (bottom one) that's raised!

I don't want any fuss made. Don't want Birchenall at the funeral either.

Thing is, we need to just manage our expectations.Bit like Claudio does ?

We have a top 3 place now, which is incredible.I've been nervous and nauseous watching the games on telly, but am more than happy with what we have achieved now, winning the bloody thing would be ridiculous.

No one would of predicted CL just a year ago, so my mind set from now is that we've had an amazing season regardless of where we finish.

I can't look at it any other way, because it's just too much to take.

I'm still pretty calm, because no matter where we end up this season, we'll be able to look back at an unforgettable campaign!

Obviously, the tension is mounting a little but we're still in the driving seat. Approaching the end of the trip of this marathon with some safe distance between us and the current runners-up.

Have faith, keep calm and remember...

We Are Leicester!

Because 'we are Leicester ' that's exactly why I'm so nervous.

Even now, with just 4 to play I just can't get my head around that we're top of the league and that PL title is within reach.. The PL title!..

The PL title!.. Those words just sound crazy and almost fictional.

Wish I could stay calm but it's even more nerve wracking after the fiasco in the West Ham game. Vardy gets sent off, will miss the next 1/2/3 games?.. Our talisman, our beating heart of the side. Can we finish the job off without him?

It's a bloody Hollywood script for Christ sake!

...Where's my blood pressure pills?

Sounds like a comment based on medical training?

I have my angiogram today, I assume I will be fine for going to the match on Sunday?

Well if you had a Nuclear Medicine MPI (heart scan) first - that's what I do! But in terms of angio's I don't know what the recovery time is... Probably depends how much you have done in there?! The hardest bit is keeping still whilst the pressure is applied to the entry wound!

Thanks Phube, I will keep still then, keeping still on Sunday however..... no chance :)

I judge my stress by lack of finger nails, they grow all week and get bitten to **** on a matchday, horrible habit I know.

However this week, I have eaten the nails, started on the skin around my fingers and by the last day, if it goes to that, I expect to have chewed my own arm off.
