The feeling I'm getting is that the love affair between us and the media and so called experts is dwindling now that we're so close. What was the unlikely bunch of zeros to hereos, we were pondered to, and were seen as the underdog, now that reality of us actually winning there is a lot of ugliness coming out.......as 'how can this team actually do it'

I am getting the exact same feeling too mate.. Interesting (and slightly depressing) that they've just revealed Vardy will miss Old Trafford???!!! Not even waiting till the next day?! Man... I think they wanted us to end up falling into that "Loveable Loser" story that many Brits love.. Nearly men and all that...

Anyway, delighted by WBA's result but we are having to do this the hard way after all. Will make it even the more meaningful though.

Is everyone as close to 100 % assured as possible now, even if we lose this weekend?

Hi guys and girls, Tottenham supporter here, just want to say congratulations on your title win (it's all but over now for us let's face it.)

I can't lie and say I am not heartbroken, after being a spurs supporter for over 30 years and watching us fall flat when it matters over and over again it has been utterly amazing to even see us be a part of a title race but I have to say you guys fully deserve it.

Ever since our games against each other I have been keeping one eye on your results and I have to admire the courage and heart your team have shown.

For all the times I have watched Chelsea and United and City and numerous other money bag teams win this league, if I could pick any team to lose in a title race with it would be a team like yours.

Congratulations on your success and hopefully next season we will be going at it again for first and second place and with any luck it will be our turn next time, I hope anyway for my own sanity.

I am sure both of our fanbases have plenty of idiots but I just want to say the majority of spurs supporters, whilst gutted, are going to be congratulating you for this achievement.

Fair play and I hope you enjoy the celebrations.

Souness looks like he's just drunk a bucket of sick.

However I might whack a ton in Spurs to win it next season.

All that bollocks about Chelsea throwing the final game for us and you just know that we're going to have our party against Everton turn up at Stamford Bridge and put in a Brighton-esque drunk performance on the final day.

I don't think so. The Emperor Claudius has some unfinished business at Chelsea The lads owe it to him to give them a serious game.

However, it's not completely over for you guys as the press have waited until the result of your match to announce that Vardy will be suspended for our trip to Old Trafford!!

The hype around spurs after beating stoke 4 zip was laughable ... just shows how much the so called experts know ..which is fook all....

Vardy suspension , we only dropped points against a very good West Ham and Spurs winning by 4 ... The so called experts actually thought we wouldn't win another game and Spurs would win all lol

Part of me wants to tear into these innocent, well wishing Spurs fans in order to reciprocate our treatment; but that would lower me to their level.

Fair play for having the decency to admit defeat so graciously. I see Tottenham being a force for many a year like everyone else.
