Spurs have had a great season for sure, and they certainly have a bright future ahead. We both have had remarkable seasons to be fair.

We are only 3 points from doing something that I couldn't even dream of, this will be remembered forever I'm sure

A couple of decent posters isn't going to make up for your entire fanbase, pal.

If we do manage to beat you to the title a lot of Spurs fans will deserve it ramming down their throats.

Is Souness a Spurs fan?> suprising really as he left them as he wasn;t getting any first team football as a player yet you'd think he was Tottenham the way he's gone on the last few weeks.

One thing I have to point out is the level of doom currently emanating from the Sky Sports News team right now!!! It's like someone has died!!!

Interesting that Natalie Sawyer this afternoon kept banging on about how, should Spurs win, the gap would be "just 5 points", yet failed to balance that with "But Leicester need JUST 5 points to win..."?? Hmmmm. Then, tonight it's saying "Leicester STILL NEED 3 points to win the title...". Shouldn't that be "Just 3 points"? Or "Only 3 points"????!!!

The feeling I'm getting is that the love affair between us and the media and so called experts is dwindling now that we're so close. What was the unlikely bunch of zeros to hereos, we were pondered to, and were seen as the underdog, now that reality of us actually winning there is a lot of ugliness coming out.......as 'how can this team actually do it'

You probably all felt how I feel now after WBA did the same thing to you. Devastated but you deserve to be where you are. Just hope we can finish above Arsenal now.

Sky and their pundits are worried that the money they have pumped into the prem is not going to buy the league.

There are plenty of people on this board who could heed this advice.

Unfortunately it seems impossible for some of you regardless of how complimentary the Spurs fans on this board have been of your team.

It's a shame.

I wouldn't take it personally.  Anyone who knows anything about football knows you will be challenging for honours next season and I have been very impressed by you this season.  I think you will see a more humble side to our fans if/when it actually happens.  I'm sure you have fans that get a little too excited and say/write things in the heat of battle.  

 

Thanks for the taking the time to congratulate us (even though it's not mathematically over yet).

Some of you could do with being a bit more humble in victory considering where you've come from. By all means enjoy the moment in the sun but don't become arse holes.

I think we're just getting carried away a little because 12 months ago, we were 7 points from safety with 9 games to go... Obviously you know the rest..

But I have no problem giving Spurs credit as a great team with the potential to reign for several years at the top.

 

But as a post script - You are the 12th richest club in world football and only 3 places off of Liverpool, contrast that with us who are 15 places lower than that.

So you really should be finishing above us next season.

Good luck anyway and thanks for the balanced points and good spirit you've brought to the forum.

All that bollocks about Chelsea throwing the final game for us and you just know that we're going to have our party against Everton turn up at Stamford Bridge and put in a Brighton-esque drunk performance on the final day.

Spurs fan here in peace.

Just a post to say that we've bottled it (shock) and well done to Leicester. It's been a dominant, season-long, performance and your PL title will be thoroughly deserved.

Well it's not quite all over, but it is looking good for us. Nevertheless, Spurs have a great side and they will only get better. Good times are ahead my friend.
