StanSP Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 If this is all true, it's sick and could end his career? http://www.joe.ie/sport/david-de-gea-and-other-spanish-footballers-have-been-implicated-in-a-rape-case/548625?utm_content=bufferdb1ac&utm_medium=Social+organic&utm_source=Twitter&utm_campaign=Buffer Set up a meeting apparently. That holds a high punishment. The other player is Muniain and another unnamed. Both have had discussions with an adult video producer who there is already a case against for human trafficking and abusing women.
ramboacdc Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 Supposedly has been sent home from the Spain squad. get your money off spain!
DB11 Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 http://www.managingmadrid.com/2016/6/10/11902172/breaking-isco-de-gea-and-muniain-allegedly-involved-in-sexual-assault BREAKING: Isco, De Gea and Muniain allegedly involved in sexual assault scandal A protected witness says that De Gea arranged the meeting and that she was forced to have sex with Muniain and Isco. David De Gea, Isco Alarcón and Iker Muniain allegedly assaulted a women back in 2012, after the Manchester United goalkeeper arranged a meeting and forced the women to have sex with his U21 teammates. The women is a protected witness for the Torbe case, a police investigation to find out whether the famous Spanish porn director Torbe recorded some of his videos with minors. She was not a minor in 2012, El Diario says. According to this early reports, De Gea did not assault the women but told her to have sex with his teammates and used physical threats to convince her. There will be more news in the upcoming hours as this story develops, but it certainly seems that Isco, De Gea and Muniain are in deep trouble. While El Diario only named De Gea and Muniain, they said that a third football player was involved, and then El Confidencial pointed at Isco quoting "sources within the investigation."
AKCJ Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 Get Kasper to sign that contract quick. United will be after him if this is true.
Larry_LCFC Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 I might half believe it once somewhere half reputable reports it. Only seen it on the likes of The Sun so far and they are just bellends. Very, very serious allegations to make. Hope people allow a thorough investigation before calling for his head. Too easy to make false statements and ruin peoples lives.
Wymsey Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 But I don't understand why the victim/this story has been 'silent' for a couple of years? Not sure of the report therefore.
Richard Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 Guillem Balague tweeted that de Gea hasn't been sent home
MrSpaM Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 Now saying there is no evidence to link the players to the alleged crime Seems very strange considering the story was only put out about an hour ago, how have they come to that conclusion already?

Don't be daft that requires common sense, he will be hung drawn and quartered by the end of the day
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 http://www.espnfc.com/spain/story/2889804/manchester-uniteds-david-de-gea-accused-of-setting-up-rape-reports This report conflicts a fair bit of the others. Gonna check a couple more.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/david-de-gea-accusations-euro-2016-spain-squad-sent-home-manchester-united-news-a7074711.html Another link - looks like there's very little alleged involvement (if any) in terms of De Gea. The only accusation thus far is that he may have organised a meeting between parties - there is no suggestion he was present - so it's unlikely any charges could be brought.
Finnegan Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 The article on the BBC implied there's no accusation that De Gea knew anyone was either under age or being forced?
MC Prussian Posted 10 June 2016 Posted 10 June 2016 De Gea has publicly stated at the Spain press conference today that he was not involved in the 2012 case at all and that it was all fabricated. He's now told his lawyer to get it sorted and work in his favour. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-36503178
casablancas Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Leaked transcript of messages suggest some involvement. That's of course if they are genuine.
