Guest Posted 20 June 2016 Posted 20 June 2016 Oasis - Stop Crying Your Heart Out reminds me of England getting knocked out by Brazil at the 2002 World Cup and how much that hurt as a kid. So many memories. From back in the day before everyone had internet. Had to go round my brazilian friend's house to watch the video and hear it for the first time. Pretty sure it was on the same day we lost to Brazil.
Guest Posted 20 June 2016 Posted 20 June 2016 possibly the only good thing about wc 2010. that and fernando torres tripping over his own foot.
RonnieTodger Posted 20 June 2016 Posted 20 June 2016 Robbie Williams - Let Me Entertain You reminds me of watching Conrad Logan warm up.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 20 June 2016 Posted 20 June 2016 Not suggesting I'm in favour of our goal music but whenever I hear it in the background when Radio Leicester play back the goals, it's very satisfying. Also, when the club play that build up song pre kick off (If anyone knows what the song is called, I'd be most grateful), while they show the screen montages, love those moments. Then as our lads head out towards the Kop end - and SK1 gets rocking with the tune of 'Who are we? Blue Army!'
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 7 September 2016 Posted 7 September 2016 This brings back memories from a few years ago in the Championship at the KP.
LilPablo Posted 7 September 2016 Posted 7 September 2016 This. Anyone have a memory of this being played around the Peter Taylor era? I remember hearing this being belted out a few times. I think the person in charge of the tunes at the time must have had a sense of humour.
KFS Posted 7 September 2016 Posted 7 September 2016 Elbow- one day like this. Not as popularly suggested as most but a real atmosphere builder
surrifox Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 I heard Deeply Dippy by right Said Fred on the radio recently and was transported back to the post- Taylor era in the early 90s for some insanely subliminal reason
foxy boxing Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 all together now - the farm( when they stopped fighting they were one(playing a football match in no mans land together)
Blue ROI Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Lightning Seeds - Life of Riley . Played at half time when the defence forces were introduced to the Nottingham Forest crowd for the leicester game in 2009- less said about that the better. Kasbian - Club Foot + Fire Fleur East - Sax Beatles - Hey Jude
Thracian Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Nessum Dorma sung by Andrea Bochelli is absolutely inspiring, "You'll Never Walk Alone" is so emotional for all that it's the Liverpool matchdeay anthem and Walking on Sunshine is always on my mind on the way to a :Leicester game...and so many times on the way home these last few seasons.
Lcfc_lass10 Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Taylor Swift- shake it off. Whenever we're doing tifo set up it's about the only song the guy plays.
EastAnglianFox Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 Lightening Seeds - Life of riley, always reminds me of the proper goal of the month competition on MOTD from back in the day of Lynam, Hansen and Brooking. The Apprentice theme - used to sound brilliant when Sunderland first moved to the stadium of light, think it was the cup semi final at there place and when that came on the noise was on a different level from both sets of fans.

Every time i hear that song until the day i day, it will remind me of THAT day. still genuinely brings a tear to my eye when i hear it, just because it reminds me of the incredible achievement
