StanSP Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Shame we missed out on Eder. yeah having lost out on him end of January we really struggled after that...
Jonezy Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Love how the italians plays like a team with a plan. Chelsea is going to be a serious contender next season with Conte taking charge...
ScouseFox Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 italy are bloody great man gotta love em. eder would've been the best signing in our history he is the boy.
AKCJ Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Gianluca Vialli is a ****ing superb pundit. MOTD should get him in full time.
Kitchandro Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Italy playing like Leicester. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Guest Col city fan Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 The more I see of Conte, the more I think Chelsea have picked the right bloke. So far, he's set the Italians up brilliantly and he's forever orchestrating from the touch line. Expect a much improved Chelsea next season.
Merging Cultures Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Just looked up quickly and thought a Spanish player had cut his head open. It was just his shirt pattern.

Was talking about this with a mate yesterday, with no European football they could be a real force
AKCJ Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 LMAO this ref is worth the TV licence. Been shocking but whenever anyone dares challenge his decision he gives them the death stare.
Guest Col city fan Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 The three at the back for Italy..Bonucci, Chellini and Barzagli are absolutely world class. None of them blessed with much pace but they don't half know how to defend. Along with the Germans, they are the best defensive unit in this tournament bar non
Jonezy Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Italy are going to regret missing all those chances aren't they...?

Arriba Los Zorros Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 I'm glad Spain had their years of domination, as the Spanish are a decent bunch and football-mad - but nowadays they lack the players they need to play this style effectively and incisively, they lack penetration, they're going to have to reinvent themselves to get back to that level. Italy though look very cohesive and hungry, they're forward thinking when they get the ball and best of all they are a bit of a curse for Germany! I hope to see them knock the Germans out if they do get past Spain.
Guest Col city fan Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 such an advantage when you have a defence who plays with each other at the same club. even more so when all 3 do. If I was conte, I'd be forgetting the idea of spending zillions on yet more attacking flair. Instead if be going back to Juve and making them an offer for Bonucci and Chiellini they simply couldn't refuse. It would be THE difference,
StanSP Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Doubt Chiellini would ever leave Juve. Been there for over 11 years and would probably retire at Juve now.
