Bluetintedspecs Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 Don't give a damn about what a few Jocks think about a singing contest in a pre season friendly. Now the football, that was very encouraging.
CelticFan87 Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 Enjoyed the game yesterday, good contest for a friendly and the penalties were a laugh. Leicester were pretty impressive although you could tell they are still a few weeks into pre-season. The fella Chilwell at full back was excellent, Patrick Roberts is a class act and can turn defenders inside out but Chilwell handled him well and can play a bit. Mahrez is something else, there's just not much you can do when he's running at you in full flow. Big Wes Morgan is an absolute rock aswell, mopping up every high ball into the box, exactly the sort of guy you want as your captain. Didn't see any Russia flags at all, sounds like made up nonsense. Considering the size of the support, the Leicester fans were relatively quiet but any I ran into were friendly enough and seemed to enjoy their day. Have to laugh that a Sevco fan joins the forum on the weekend that Celtic play Leicester. While we are playing the champions of England and Spain in friendlies either side of a Champions League qualifier, they are just off the back of a glamour tie against East Stirling in the league cup
Lcfc_lass10 Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 Doesn't sound like made up nonsense to me. Disgusting to see.
CelticFan87 Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 First time I've seen that, a wind up at the football, boo hoo!

Mate that lad was all over the news here and his picture in a Rangers bucket hat was plastered all over the media, they would need to live on the moon to not know about him.
Vacamion Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 Who would have thought that the orcs and mhorons don't like each other and enjoy inflicting their rubbish on the rest of us? @mods If heads are going to roll about this thread, my Glasgow team plays in red and yellow and I've been here 9 years.
big yogi Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 I was well impressed with the way Liecester city played yesterday, considering that you have only played 2 games in pre season, we are on game 8 now and you looked a lot quicker than us. Chilwell had a great game and Mahrez was a different class also the the guy upfront with the pace to burn was ok too. I would like to see how the EPL will handle him and vardy with thier pace. The Guys that went to the game , How was your time in paradise?
Bluetintedspecs Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 With a staple diet of deep fried Mars bars, Sheep's stomach and Tennents Super it's bound to affect the little grey cells

Yogi I found all of the bhoys I met were fantastic and having been to 80+ grounds in the UK and several overseas that the atmosphere was superb. We were a bit quiet as pointed out by a retro headcase repeatedly in our end but the jungle are a credit and I would love to be in the home end when you play an old firm derby as I can imagine it would be electric. Dembele will score a bagful I would think in your league although I am not sure about griffiths alongside him. Great weekend and the city following was impressive in numbers.
ealingfox Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 Didnt see the game yesterday, seen the goal which was great but disappointing we couldn't beat what is essentially a League One outfit in 90. That said its early days in pre-season and it seems a good runout for our 2nd game. Good to hear more positive comments about Musa. Always preferred Rangers to Celtic but don't really know why, should be Celtic really given the good St. Martin's success there. Gonna be a laugh watching the Jocks froth next season with Rangers back in the SPL with an English manager and loads of English players.

They're also IRA loving tottie hocking weirdos, Im sure your fans would have heard a few versions of ' boys of the old brigade ' and other Irish republican/IRA songs yesterday from the plastic wannabe paddys. ***** hold up banners about blood stained poppy's and disrupt any minutes silence in remembrance. They are scum mate no doubt about that. I could go on all day about the filthy actions of their fans, like smashing a bottle into a 10 year old Rangers fans face knocking out teeth or hitting 3 year old man city supporter on the head with a brick , mocking the victims of the Ibrox disaster ect ... To save me the trouble I will post this link if anybody can be bothered having a look.... Will be an eye opener for some to the actions of the most vile support in British football,... http://ifyouknowtheirhistory.blogspot.co.uk/ Rarely seen a more vile piece of racist crap on this site.
ASH17LCFC FOOTBALL GOD Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 100% saw a Russian flag next to our end yesterday. What a horrible place to go, got called a English bastard about 10 times outside the ground. Even though I weren't even wearing a Leicester shirt. Their ultra end was probably the most pathetic thing I've seen at a football ground, i thought palace were cringey but these are something else. Our away end was a complete embarrassment aswell, too many families and people who have jumped on the bandwagon with their new replica shirts with their shiney gold badges. Wembley gonna be a shambles, rather we went there in a play off final with real city fans rather then these new middle class rugby fans who have started coming.

ASH17LCFC FOOTBALL GOD Posted 24 July 2016 Posted 24 July 2016 And people giving Celtic credit, they chant pro IRA songs and put up banners of Bobby sands. They're scum and you can't justified these twats.

So singing songs that glorified the IRA are amazing because they're singing non stop for 90 minutes? This ultra shite is embarrassing I.e Palace. It's not what English football is about. We can create a atmosphere without looking like we are having a fit. Leicester create a good atmosphere without having to become Ultra fanboys. The Union Filbert spirt group are a clique that needs stomping out. They won't join in with other people starting chants because they think their above that. They their wannabe ultra group is better then the rest of us and that's not the case. I don't wanna jump up and down and wave a flag like a nutcase for 90 minutes. I'd rather sing our songs and watch the match. They're not even there for the game, don't care about if we win or lose.
