Oh Mandy, you came and you gave without taking

He keeps things simple, has physically toughened up over the last few years. Great for Drinkwater who then has the license to go forward more and be more involved with the creative side of our game.

I certainly don't think King was MOTM by any stretch. I honestly don't understand why he is praised so much. He's a squad player at best, I see others saying he played well - yes he came into the game in the 2nd half by playing well to HIS standards - not at say Drinkys, Amarteys; James' standard.

Considering he played 90 minutes as a CM, count how many tackles and forwaded passes he made tuesday. You may only need one hand.

The more games King plays in midfield, the more we seem to struggle. For the sake of himself he probably needs a run of games in the championship. I'm all for priase where it's due, but to compete we need stronger players I'm afraid.

I'm sorry, but this one takes the biscuit. lol

For how long have you been following us? Do you know how many games King has played in the Championship already? It's close to a three-digit number that starts with a 2 and ends with two zeroes.

And you deserve a special prize for bringing James into play - a lad who hasn't featured in a competitive game for a year and a half. His "standard" unfortunately is so low that it needs comparing to other academy players, I'm afraid. He's still a long distance away from our first team.

James isn't playing with the youths to compare him against them, he's playing there to get match fit without any pressure or risks from competitive games...

Oh, I'm not debating that.

My point is that it's far-fetched to compare the James of today with the standard of play that Drinkwater, Amartey and King are used to on a regular basis as of right now.

James hasn't played a competitive game for ages. He needs to get back to full fitness - I agree - and then we'll also have to see whether he's able to perform on a professional level for a prolonged period of time. I wish him well in that regard.

Been said many times...the bloke simply doesn't let you down....three Champions medals, Semi Finals of the Euro's Champions league.....he is fantastic....All Managers he's served under can't be wrong.....must start Wednesday, just what is required.......love him!!

The guy will always be a Leicester legend and he is a good sub to tighten things up, but he really isn't a quality partner for Drinky in the starting eleven. He has about as much creative flare as a walnut whip and the pace of a mobility scooter.

He's a good squad player albeit quite limited. Usually decent in possession and good positioning but today him and Drinkwater both playing at 3/10 meant we got completely battered in CM

Not sure how many more years it's gonna take until we realise he can't play in a midfield 2. He couldn't do it in league one and he still can't do it.
