I genuinely don't get the fascination with him, its a bit weird really.

But the quote above saying he might just be shit in training and should play anyway explains a lot.

it is strange. but its a phenomenen in football, i think scholes mentioned it in the class of 92 documentary. the best game a player can play sometimes, in the eye of the fans, is when they dont play - as the majority of fans always think that a benched player is the answer to an under performing team. and that clearly happens here, it was albrighton in 2014/15, it was kramaric for a while and now it is kaputska, and as soon as ulloa scored against stoke, he was a man in demand.

How can a few appearances at Euro 2016 and a youtube skills video be better judgement than claudio and his team's day to day observations of the player? Players have played well in big tournaments before and not gone on to do well in the Prem, why is the whole Iceland squad not now in the Premier League?

I'm not saying he is a bad player but if he really was ready he would have got more of a sniff this season - he clearly hasn't looked good enough. And that doesn't mean that something "must have happened".

Look at him in the Youth game pics, He looks so skinny and frail. It's obvious the management team don't think much of him. Yes he might go on to be a superstar but at the minute it seems he isn't fitting what the coaches want.

Then who sanctioned all these shit transfers cause I'd like to remove their bollocks!?

Football, this is football.

He was always a punt, he was a teenager from the Polish league, I really don't get why anyone is annoyed about this.

Typical fickle football fan, can't wait to have a go at a bad transfer but will bask in the genius of Kante, Mahrez, Vardy transfers and give no balance to the situation.

Looks like Bartosz Leicester City career is Kaput-ska. As he was in the U23 (where we just lost again),  then I seriously doubt he plays on Saturday. Now we will see him go to some German club and bag a few goals like Kramaric did early in his Hoffenheim career.

I don't follow the U23s closely, but every time I see a result we seem to have lost.

I'm on about the transfer window that should have been the best in our history but turned into one of the worst, sorry for not doing cartwheels.

in my opinion its fickle though, you have to judge a clubs transfer policy over 2-3 seasons as thats how long it takes to build a squad and we have built one thats in the 16 best clubs in Europe. Also a lot of the players are still adjusting to the league, i doubt we have ever bought in so many players from outside the UK in one window. no offence, i just think the harsh critiscm of the transfer dealings is a bit fickle and short sighted, not saying it isn't warranted as it hasn't been great - but some gross over reactions in my opinion

Benaloune inler added to the list Kante clause in his contract so he can leave, you call me fickle all you like but our transfers over the last 2 windows have been shit.

You'd think the owners would want to sort the youth set up here out - it's criminal how badly we seem to do. Look at what Man City and Chelsea have done, tonnes of investment that runs all the way through the club.

Keep hold of the coaches that actually want the youth sides to play football.

Yea, what are the club thinking making a speculative signing of a young lad with potential.

Absolute laughing stock we are.

You don't make £7million pound 'speculative' signings. I'm not saying he isn't good enough anyway, read my post. I suggested that If he's been signed without proper scouting and hes not looking cut out to make the grade then it's awful work by the club. Let's hope he's just being eased into things...

Seems like Rudkin and Beaglehole are part of the set up because they've been here for ages rather than the success of the academy

He wasn't £7m

Even if he was, its not relevant at all.

Chelsea buy numerous players like this every season, I bet they don't even get a mention on forums.

So success is measured on forum mentions?! They're renowned for wasting young players careers.

Would like to see Claudio asked directly about him in an interview. Just so we can get some idea behind what is actually going on with him. Polish fans were coming on here saying he is rated higher than Lewandowski was as a youngster. Poland are a decent international side, and wouldn't play any old mug. He can't be so pants in training, he isn't worth a few 10 minute appearances off the bench. Really hope we get to see him over the next few months, just so we can judge for ourselves..  Could he be our very own Mkhitaryan... Sent into exile for no reason, but comes back out of nowhere and is awesome!
