Simeone

I admired him as a player and everything he has done as a manager but last night reminded me what an absolute **** this man is.

Waving imaginary cards every 5 minutes like a child and not shaking hands at the end. His response when asked why he didn't shake the shakey "I am not going to talk about that".

**** off you arrogant twat. I have never wanted to win a game more than Tuesday night, not just because I want the semi finals but to dump Simeone and his whining cheating team out of the competiton. I am literally buzzing to get to the KP and see if they can handle things on our terms. We need to make it an absolute fortress again!

You got riled up by Simeone waving imaginary cards? You're easily offended. "But but he was trying to get Vardy booked"... Mahrez tried to get Gabi booked when he dived in the box. That's alright I suppose.

He always walks down the tunnel straight away. I've seen many Atleti games where he just walks off without shaking hands. It's not personal lad. Who gives a shit about a ****ing handshake? Jesus Christ.

We in this country need to grow up. Constantly whining about "unsporting behaviour" and handshakes.

Embrace the cuntish behaviour and stop moralising about, and get on with it.

Are you seriously comparing Pearson to Simeone?  Nigel got angry at times but he wasn't a cheat and he never condoned it in his players either, it's called integrity, something Diego seems to lack.

1/3 of our players are cheats. Vardy and intregity shouldn't even be in the same sentence.

It's a good thing I didn't use those words in the same sentence then, isn't it?  Unless you have anything to say about what I actually said please wait for a more suitable post to respond to with your 'we're all cheats and we should be ashamed of the club' crusade that you seem to be on right now.

Play the team, not the manager.

Question for you: did you give a shit about Vardy making the absolute most of the Nasri "headbutt" in the Sevilla game? he shouted at him, beckoned a confrontation, Nasri reacted very naively. Vardy was using the dark arts.

What you will try and do, as a Leicester fan, is make up a legitimate sounding argument as to why Vardy was well within his rights to do this.

But when its the other way around, its morally corrupt.

I think everyone just has to accept gamesmanship and the dark arts is a part of the game. Its not going away, and it happens against us AND for us

No Mahrez was trying to win a penalty. I'm all for gamesmanship I love what Vardy did against Nasri but the manager shouldn't be waving cards around trying to influence the ref. I don't give a **** if he walks off down the tunnel all the time, it doesn't make it right. He is disrespectful and I hope we smash those horrible cvnts on Tuesday.

You said Pearson wouldn't condone his players cheating. I'm sure Pearson was upset with Vardy when he dived to get a pen against Man Utd couple of years ago (5-3). All managers condone their players cheating.

People need to get off their high horses.

Yeah, Mahrez was trying to win a penalty....by cheating.

So what Vardy did is gamesmanship and acceptable, and Simeone waving a card is unnacceptable?

Vardy instigates a situation where a player wouldnt be booked, by making him get booked.

Simeone waves a card after a foul to draw the referees attention and suggest he should book him.

Theyre one and the same FFS

So diving is fine and feigning a head butt to get someone sent off is fine but waving a card crosses a line? I love what Vardy did to Nasri but Vardy did try and get him a second booking/sent off with his reaction to the "head butt". That's the reality.

I'm amazed at the overreaction to card waving on here. It's not worse than anything else we see in football ffs. Players surround the ref trying to influence the ref to book or send off the opposition.

Can't believe people are defending Simeone here, a nasty classless piece of shit.

Sure he's a good manager and has been a revelation at Atletí, doesn't change the fact that the way he has done it is unsavoury with an aggressive, cynical, defensive team which is the mirror image of their manager.

So you admired the fact he went over like a sack of shit when Beckham literally tapped him to severly hamper our world cup chances but cant handle him waving an imaginery card?

Dunno what went on with the handshake but "whining cheating team"......hes took a relatively small team to 2 finals and won la liga. I think hes quality.

Relatively small team? They're like the 3rd biggest club in Spain aren't they

you lot would be loving it if Simeone was our manager. My favourite player ever is Vardy just because of the way he is an absolute cretin on and off the football pitch and how fans of other clubs absolutely detest him. Get mad at Simeone during the game sure but get over it lads because you all come across as right hypocrites.

Yeah and miles smaller than Barcelona and Real Madrid, and smaller than Bayern and they reach Champions League finals and have won la liga, hence the term "relatively small" as in small relative to the teams theyre competing with.

Most players do it that's a fact and to keep up with the Europeans we have to play them at their own game. A manager should be held to a higher standard and be respectful. Shaking hands is part of the game and only arrogant ***** think they're above it.

He didn't publicly reprimand Vardy, no, but when asked about it he made a case for video technology which to me is a diplomatic way of protecting his player like a manager should while also making it clear that he doesn't agree with tumbling too easily.

I said as a player, not a person. Beckham was an idiot for reacting.

I also said I admire what he has done as a manager so not sure what your getting at with you second point. They were all rolling around and waving imaginary cards last night and it's pathetic to watch.

I really don't get your player person point at all. As the personality determins the player.

He was a cheating cvnt as a player and seems to be a cvnt of a manager.

So he's a cvnt who could kick a ball well.

Thought he was a **** but lets admit it, we'd love him if he was our manager.

Bit like how Diego Costa and Vardy are hated by everyone except their own club.

For a moment there I thought you were talking about Pochettino and Spurs.;)

The blokes a born winner, and you're all getting sucked into his siege mentality shit housing. Luckily for the likes of Vardy last night, he didn't.
