Many political analysts thought she wanted the bigger majority so she could soften Brexit and not be held by those mentioned backbenchers. This is awful for the country, hung parliament with no sign of a winner, would genuinely rather Labour just won than the instability we are going to get with a multi party coalition or more elections.
katieakita Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 ITV well ahead of Sky and the beeb, also reported Labour took a Welsh seat so 2 gains so far
ScouseFox Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 jez man just gone fav to be next prime minister on the exchanges. power to the people. fu ck the tories.

I disagree. May was virtually silent during the EU debate. I think she wanted a hard Brexit.

Its like (so my wife has said since the start of the campaign Tory) she has decided to sabotage the election in some sort of political suicide. Each day she comes home from work and tells me what she's done that day thats been ridiculous... Dementia, housing NHS, Fox Hunting.... its all been a bit odd.
ScouseFox Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 labour minority now fav for next government on the exchanges too. this is gonna be the greatest day in this country's history.
Guest Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 A question: if we're in territory that rudd and soubrey lose their seats, might the labour vote be underestimated?
Nick Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Well I'm glad i'm not winning a prize in Alf's quiz but theres some more hopeful lefties out there with some torrid prizes in front of them...
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Everything looks good for labour, I just want a majority now, if it is labour so it... would be one of the biggest turnarounds since Newcastle lost the title to united

katieakita Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 You cannot yet say Corbyn has won the election but you can say May has lost an election
