Winning seats like Darlington was why the election was called, pretty sure we are heading for a hung parliament now.

Two elections likely this year I'd say, Boris v Corbyn could happen.

Boris would have done a much better job for sure... May has ran one of the worst campaigns ever. Didn't get involved in anything and gave no clear precise answers. Corbyn destroyed her in the last month

Would be ironic if Boris ended up delivering a softer Brexit than remainer-cum-brexiter May. Nixon in China and all that.

So we have young people who are Brexit angry getting involved and we have a movement of Tory voters not pitching or delivering a protest vote to Labour....

I'm still not convinced the Tories won't get a majority yet though - Scotland is particularly unpredictable and the postal vote will play a part too.

May I think will be forced to resign but if she squeezes a result she'll dig a trench.

Rumours that Rudd is demanding a recount. Lost?

Justine Greening, Education Sec, also in trouble as well apparently.

If the Tories do somehow scramble a majority it's going to be a hard Brexit as the Eurosceptic backbenchers and DUP will hold the PM to ransom.

So, tory targets staying labour, lot of suggestions that labour targets swinging that way (gower, Aberconwy and Vale of Clwyd popping up on twitter). Really going wrong for May.

Agree, even if they just get a majority I don't think she can survive this now.

David Davis or Michael Gove step forward.

Out of those it wild have to be davis - at least he's a proper politician. Gove is an elitist willy puller.

exchange now makes it a heavy odds on shot for no majority. corbyn pushing may for favouritism for next PM. may gone odds against for the first time, has been as short as 1/33. looks like it's happening,

I very much rate your political analysis but May would be dead in the water if that happened and her hardbrexit would be too imo.

Anyone who'd willingly see Gove or Boris as PM needs their ****ing head checking.
