AKCJ Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Chilwell and Gray are both in the squad and their first game is tonight against Sweden. The match kicks off at 5.00pm and is on SS1.

foxes_rule1978 Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Looking forward to watching this game when I get home, think we have a chance of winning the competition to be honest got some great players in there
Lester.14 Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 i think we have enough strength to get to the semis. but thats about it. given the success of other english youth teams recently they will have all the confidence they need. but with the youth development in the likes of germany and spain a whole level above ours, its hard to see us winning it or even reaching the final IMO.

lcfcsnow Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Lewis Baker is someone I'd like us to look at, no chance Chelsea are going to play him as Chalobah and Loftus Creek can barely get a game. I'm unable to watch the match though, so if anyone watching here can do some scouting?

Expected him on the bench! still a class act though, been in hollands second division last few years. scored a few important goals there too
kingfox Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Read somewhere that we have scouts over at these Under 21 Championships. As for England's match I'm surprised Holding and Gray aren't starting.
matty98 Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Think Alfie Mawson will be one of England's stand out players in this tournament. Very good CB.

StanSP Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 started off well then ended fairly even. Sweden's defence seems quite solid.
NGoloMode Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Every time I've watch England U21 Gray has been one of the best players on the pitch. Really surprised he's not starting.
HybridFox Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Never a penalty in the first place. Glad Picked saved it. Great save too
Frost Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Naive to go in like that, whether it was a penalty or not. Think Chilwell has been poor.
