foxes21 Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 England is full of pacey wingers with no end product.
foxes21 Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Anyone tuning in to the poland game at 7.45? Kapustka is starting.

davieG Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Where's all the flair players all I see is workman like autonomen some with a bit pace. Was a really boring nothing much worth seeing game.
spacemunky Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Interesting opening ceremonies. That one guy loves juggling a bit too much.
foxes21 Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Kapustka playing LW in a 4-4-2 . Looks like Poland are set up to play on the counter. Cabbage is helping keep the teams defensive shape, nothing too spectacular so far.
spacemunky Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Kapustka off. Pretty uneventful from Kapi and Poland so far. England should thump both these sides.
Nalis Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Cabbaged hobbled off, hopefully he's back during the tournament.
Brainy Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 I was happy to watch some of this game until I realised they've brought Gary Birtles to co-commentate, so i'll switch back off
spacemunky Posted 16 June 2017 Posted 16 June 2017 Not so great from the hosts. Good result as far as England goes though, I think.
lcfcsnow Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 Murphy out but John Swift of Reading comes in ahead of Demarai Gray whos again on the bench, he's not trusted at any level is he wonder when or if it'll click why
ScouseFox Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 since we signed him every time I've seen the U21s play or heard about their matches he's pretty much always been their best player. seems weird he's not starting, and it'll only piss him off more which is gonna be great. chilwell seems to have his spot nailed down tho.
FrankieADZ Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 England losing to Slovakia, no surprise really, looked very average so far, playing Tammy Abraham up front seems like playing with 10 men tbh, the U21s are about as enjoyable to watch as the senior team....
lcfcsnow Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 Isn't it supposed to be a must win? If that's the case why would you set up with a diamond with John Swift at the top of it. No surprise Bothroyd couldn't hold a job down at the clubs he was at with decisions like that.
FrankieADZ Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 seem far more attack minded this 2nd half and its amazingly paid off
AjcW Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 I know we are now winning but why on earth has he put Jacob Murphy at right back when we have Hause and Iorfa on the bench?? some WEIRD decisions today but might just get away with it!
tom27111 Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 These Swedish fans are pretty impressive for an u21 tournament
spacemunky Posted 19 June 2017 Posted 19 June 2017 Pretty stupid from the Swedish defender there. 2-2
Ric Flair Posted 20 June 2017 Posted 20 June 2017 Aidy Boothroyd is a honking manager and should be nowhere near this level of national football, it makes me livid! We've some great progressive groups of youngsters from U15 right through to U21 and we've this Hillman in charge. Yet again we shoot ourselves in the foot. Glenn Hoddle should be the manager.
