FIFA are being petty but we knew that anyway.

This is wholly Leicester's fault for not completing the transfer earlier. Can't make any excuses they knew the deadline

FFS. They had a two hour extension and still couldn't get it done within the time frame. Definitely Cities fault.

You also need to make one for when he will be picked to start a game, I've a feeling it will be much longer than this :tumbleweed:

that's a fair quote cos he wont be premier league ready or up to speed.  Perhaps we will see hm next year in the championship.

I'm sorry but it's 100% not FIFA's fault.

There's a cut off, we apparently missed it. Doesn't matter if it's four seconds, fourteen seconds, fourteen minutes or fourteen hours.

They let this slip, it sets a precedent. Whatever you think of FIFA on a normal day, this isn't their fault. The memes about getting a longer ban for being fourteen seconds late than biting are stupid.

If Silva is upset with anyone it should be our club. We ****ed up.

Until Silva can play

88 days
2125 hours
127538 minutes
7652325 seconds

until Monday, 1 January 2018, 00:00:01 (Leicester time)

Time until shakey or Pearson if back here in Jan, decided he's upto speed and ready to play? March?

Posted

1 - LCFC failing to complete paperwork AND FIFA for being petty

2 - Was hoping 'train with the club' would be an option but FIFA are so bloody stingy and idiotic that they won't even allow that to happen. So cyanide it is.

3 - Mid-table.

4 - January. There's no way we'd look to cancel the deal. it'd be utterly pointless to go through the appeal process etc only to cancel the deal and leave us short of midfielders from at least January (we may leave it til deadline day again lol ). Might as well just wait and make sure he stays as fit as possible between now and then.

5 - Sack Rudkin. I know every deal that goes sour/doesn't work out isn't wholly down to him. But surely there's better people out there that can perform better in the role he has at the club? What does Macia do at our club as well?

It was 14 seconds. Not a day, a week, a month.

The intention to sign was clear. There was no intention to annoy or **** around with FIFA.

Common-sense should have prevailed. FIFA ARE being petty.

Let the man play and the game of Football would be better for it.

Strict deadlines without heart are for Bureaucratic anally retentive idiots.

Come on then own up who are the 21 deluded people who think we will finish mid table.

I think we'll finish 15th and as that is not top 8 or going down, it's the only option.

Legal appeal against FIFA is winning it's section!!! :crylaugh::crylaugh::crylaugh:

This'll be the 3rd time i've used this phrase - The powers the be within our club couldn't negotiate their way out of a revolving door let alone a legal battle.

How many careers have we hampered/ruined since winning the title? Mendy, Kapustka, Slimani, Zieler, Jakupovic, Hernandez, Sliva? Iheanacho, Dragovich and Barnes will be next.

Jesus, that is very true... and very frightening.

Of our post title-winning buys only Ndidi and Maguire have become regular first-team starters. Shocking.

The blame for this lies wholly with Leicester City. Someone, somewhere down the line has cocked up massively. We will no doubt never know the full process for transfer dealings. But someone employed by the club - whether it's the person filling out the paperwork, the person who decided that drinky had to go before we signed a replacement, the head of recruitment? we'll never know the exact individual responsible for the monumental cockup, but it's clearly someone directly involved with Leicester City.

Heard it was Fuchs. was texting rudkin in the final minutes asking him to check out his latest nofuchsgiven collection.
