One of my customers was having an incoherent rant about Bulb the last time I saw her.  No idea what she was going on about, but she weren't happy.

 

I signed up to Bulb a few months ago, but have been getting a load of texts recently from nPower asking for meter readings - so they can give me an accurate bill.  Just checked both accounts & it turns out I'm paying them both 

 

I suspect it's an nPower fvck up & if it is, they owe me nearly £200.

 

I've been paying bulb £53 per month, but they suggest I should drop it, based on my consumption........to £15 per month.  Will leave it for now, as it's early days.

Water by direct debit, currently running at £9 per month, with Thames Water, £56,S.E. Gas and £49 Southern Electricity.

 

Total, £114 per month.

My mates been with bulb for a few years. He’s had so many referrals he tells me that in the summer he uses fridge lights in the evening now to cool and light his house.

have you tried clearing your history / browser cache? 

 

might be a cookie or something that's stopping it from coming up. 

 

just google it if you need to - I'm sure you've cleared history on things before

Just Switched to Bulb, Although they couldn't find my address so had to email an old bill over, hopefully be sorted tomorrow.

heads up for anyone thinking of switching - from Tuesday 16th July to Tuesday 23rd July bulb are increasing their referrals to £75 for each sign up - you get £75 credit on your account, so do I.

 

while bulb have had a couple of increases (minor, pence, mostly) over the last year, they've also had a few decreases levelling them out.

 

I occasionally check to see what else is about but still find bulb competitive and their phone service (when needed) is second to none, quick, polite, efficient. 

 

takes all of 2 minutes to get a quote and switch - if you fancy it, please use my referral as many of you have done previously x

top man, thank you - I've been pushing bulb in this thread from the start haha. it's been a huge help while I've been out of work, referrals have paid for my bills for most of this year.

Their customer service is pretty dire and they continuously take too much money from me every month, meaning I need to request credit refunds.

Anyone just do estimated readings? Every time i submit a real one its higher then estimated, so I just stick with estimated now

I submit readings otherwise I find their estimate to be on the slightly high side. I'm sure it levels out but I'd rather know for sure.

Customer service from bulb has always been super polite, quick and the couple of times I've spoken to them they have a great sense of humour on the phone.

Just switched my electricity to Igloo energy.

 

I'd never heard of them but they were the cheapest tariff out there for me. They're quite new to the game with only 30,000 customers

 

No exit fees, seemed ok when I rang them, we'll see.
